Hi, Im really interested in the theme.
It looks great!! Is it possible to add the side navigation menu next to the slider not underneath, I don’t want the user to scroll down?
Hope that makes sense? And maybe can I add my own icons next to the menu items on my side menu to add a custom feel to it?
Also is there an option to add a cart to the template, is it woo commerce enabled?

I try to configure the contact-form, it’s realy easy but I want to know if it’s possible to add the sender in copy of the e-mail? The sender who has filled the form, so it will be a variable: the e-mail form field… Is this possible?

Does Karma work well in SSL? (I have had problems with theme images not loading securely in some themes and triggering browser warnings on secure shopping cart pages.)

SSL works nicely in the Karma theme. We have a previous customer running Karma on SSL and everything runs smoothly.
When running on SSL just be sure to check before installing any 3rd-party plugins. Sometimes they will not be built with SSL in mind.
We also have customers running S2Member with Karma theme and all seems to be well.

I have problems with thumbnails on tablets and smartphones. When you change the tablet or phone to the horizontal position does not load photos. The thumbnails visualize a circle that spins.

I just bought the theme, it looks great. I asked a pre-sales question about the functionality of Woo Commerce and you said it was 100% compatible and works.
I activated my demo generator and Woo Commerce.
My issue is when I view my shop page it says ‘No products were found matching your selection’ so it doesn’t display the same as the demo?
I read the user manual but there is only a short paragraph on Woo Commerce and it fails to explain how to get the page to display like the demo?

Yes, sure thing my friend we’re glad to help.
The Demo content does not include WooCommerce products since these would simply have to be deleted in place of real products.
Karma is 100%compatible with WooCommerce. You’ll simply need to add your Products and they will be properly displayed within the shop.
Adding products to WooCommerce is very simple process and works very similar to creating a normal Blog Post within Wordpress.
There are a variety great resources on using WooCommerce available on the web. Quick Google search for “woocommerce adding products” brings back step-by-step instruction.

We’ve determined that the solution for this is likely going to be a ‘site-specific’ solution as each users website has it’s own custom settings for parallax banner (unique background image size, unique padding settings, etc)

Anyone have trouble with Visual editor and shortcodes menu disappearing after Wordpress update to 3.9 ? Mine is gone

The shortcode manager works nicely in WP 3.9 so this is likely being caused by caching issue or outdated theme version.
To fix you’ll simply need to ensure the latest and most updated files are being pulled in.
Kindly ensure to update theme to latest version (4.0.3), clear the web browser cache, and refresh the admin page.

Is Karma OK with WP 3.9?
Yes. All is fully compatible with WP 3.9
I loved the theme and followed the instructions to install. Most of it works flawless except for the Cu3er plugin, which has been a nightmare so far. It worked well at the first time with the demo images. However, while in the process I got wpcu3er plugin update notification and I am guessing that’s what has caused the problem. Do you have the older version of the plugin in repository, the one before Version 0.76? Please advise.

Older versions of the plugin can be downloaded from their developers page right here on wordpress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcu3er/developers/
Cu3ER 0.76 was updated for Wordpress 3.9 so perhaps running older versions of Wordpress causing the issue?

Hi, I am already on Wordpress 3.9. I removed cu3er 0.76 and installed version 0.75. It worked!! It was my mistake, I shouldn’t have upgraded the plugin. Thanks a ton for the support. :))

I love this theme. I have a question … two actually … I enabled the “custom primary color scheme” and it has added the CSS as “inline” to the site, basically adding 432 lines of css directly to the header. This is terrible for SEO purposes so I was wondering how to make it NOT inline and just a link to the css file?
Also, I enabled the SEO option in the theme and none of the title tags or descriptions tags showed up, like it didn’t work at all.
Any help with the above would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for such a great theme!
Yes the inline styles were required to ensure cross-server compatibility. (writing the CSS to an external file is generally blocked by web server permission)
Changing the functionality so no longer inline CSS can be done with some theme modification, however please note that the easiest method for doing so will ‘disable’ the point-and-click color options.

our team had a problem with jquery of the slider and woocommerce, when we activate woocommerce,all the slider gone!

There are no known jquery conflicts related to WooCommerce plugin so this is likely a simple fix.
Are you perhaps using a caching or minify plugin? If so the ‘cache’ of the plugin needs to be cleared anytime a plugin or theme is updated/installed.

I want to purchase this template, but if i look on the live demo, and emulate it to a responsive site, it isnt responsive. Also on my Nexus 5 its not automatically responsive. Whats wrong?
To get back on this, (dont want to make an ad, but i need to say it), on http://themes.truethemes.net/Karma/ is the live demo working correctly in responsive mode. Maybe on this server something needs to be fixed.

The ‘purchase bar’ located at the top of the preview site temporarily disables the responsive functionality. Clicking the ‘remove frame’ button will load up the site in responsive mode.

Shortcodes are not working – cache is cleared – theme is updated.
Anyone having similar issues still? I saw some related threads .
Overriding the old shortcode script sometimes takes a few batches of ‘refreshing/clearing’ to take effect.
If available please try using the shortcode manager within a different web browser. This generally ensures the latest scripts are being loaded in.
Things will work nicely once the updated files are being loaded in.

As above I’m having issues with the shortcodes no longer working after the recent update of wordpress..
I have cleared my cache, logged onto the backend using three different browsers.. two of which have never viewed the website before so I don’t believe the cache being the issue.
It appears this error is coming up in the Google chrome console when attempting to add a shortcodes:

Anytime I encounter any issues the first thing I do is disable all the plugins.. so definitely not the plugins.
I loaded the site in a incognito window to verify it was not the cache, problem persists.
