Sara, I just recently updated from 1.5 to 1.6.2. Is that the latest?
Are there known issues with that transition? Does applying this theme make extensive database changes? For instance, if you apply the theme, and then remove it or move to a new theme, do additions made by the theme still linger?
No issues in the database, but if you changed some files (like the style.css) you will lose your changes (this is the reason you have to use the custom style textarea to add your style and not edit the theme’s files)..
Sara, I was able to resolve this issue but change one of your PHP files. I modified ‘wpsc-products-page.php’ by commenting out the last line in the file: <?php //$wp_the_query = new WP_Query(); wp_reset_query(); ?>
After doing so, I no longer see every product details being dumped under the Product tiles on the Products Page. Does that make any sense? Do you know if that will break anything else?

I am finding an issue where I cannot seem to get a products category sidebar on the products page, without also having a sidebar getting pushed below the product details page.
1. If you have the products page layout set to left sidebar, but don’t specify which sidebar page to use, does it default to shop sidebar?
2. How can I can set the product page to NOT use a sidebar, as seen in your live example. Are not two separate themes, is only 1 theme, the demo are just an example of what you can do with Kassyopea (of course you can mix the features of the corporate and of the store!)

I’m having issues with the single product page. I want the category sidebar(on the right), with the product info(on the left). This is how the page looks right now: http://tm-racing.ca/shop/products-page/aircraft-enginges-parts/item-3/
How do you fix the alignment of the page? The sidebar is at the bottom, and the image thumbnail is still small (even though I’ve changed the setting to 500px x 500px).

In the documentation it says for the footer “Set how many rows and columns you want to create (in our demo we used 1 row and 4 columns)” however this is not possible in the most current version to set columns.

You are installing the wrong file. In the documentation i explain how to install the theme, please read it.

In the zip you downloaded from themeforest there is a ‘documentation’ folder. Inside it, open the index.html file in your browser. Then go to the ‘get started’ tab.
