I have installed the kauri_wpsc.2.1.zip file successfully. However, when I activate the theme, everything goes blank, both my wp dashboard and my theme page. The only way to get the dashboard back is to change the file name of the theme, which forces me back into the default twenty eleven theme.
I’m testing the site locally, using mamp on a mac. I have a clean install of wordpress. Any suggestions?

Hi I sent you a reply email. I put the file in the folder but it didn’t work. Can you tell me exactly where I should place it?
in the themes root, or in the kauri woo root?
Put it in the Kauri Woo theme root and overwrite the existing one.
I did that and I have the same error. Do you have any suggestions? I am feeling a bit frustrated. Everything was working until I did the woo commerce part of the instructions.
I havent heard back so I uninstalled wordpress and started over. I just added the plugin for woo commerce and the error is back. I have the file that you sent, but I dont see a same named file to overwrite with the new one.

Please, send us email on themes@aligator-studio.com and we will send you the file that will correct that error. This really shouldn’t happen, and this file that we will send you really must help.
If it doesn’t please send us WP admin access and we will help you.

Please don’t reinstall the WP and theme, just put this file we will send in the theme root and overwrite existing one. It really should work as it did for all the other buyers with the same problem.
If it doesn’t we would really need WP admin acces.

When you click on color selection, assuming you created “color” variations and uploaded image for red T-shirt in product admin, then the image will change to that variation image.If you have multiple variations sets, you will have to add images for each variation combination separately.
If you set different set of products variations (colors: red, blue, green … ; size: S, M, L, XL and so on …) you can add multiple layered navigation. Along with price slider filter widget. Please, before buying theme, download WooCommerce and test it on fresh WP install, and / or see WooCommerce documentation for all the details.

I’m sorry, but PSD files are not included in the package (as you can see in item description). As responsive theme, Kauri was mainly designed “in browser” so theme PSD files were never created.
Can i have only Logo psd image please?

I have bought many themes from themeforest.net, but i first time i get no PSD images.
I’m sorry we couldn’t help you with this. If you need logo, there some great looking ones available at http://graphicriver.net/category/logo-templates . They come with all sorts of files (PSD, AI, EPS …) so you can edit them.

unfortunately, no, we don’t have spanish translation for Kauri, but there is a kauri.pot (in “languages” folder) file which is language file prepared to be translated. Kauri.pot can be edited (translated) with Poedit, and should be saved as es_AR.po (for argentinian spanish). When saved as es_AR.po, automatically will be created es_AR.mo and that file should go to server in same “languages” folder. For products links and adress you first have to set permalinks. If the links don’t work first reset permalinks.
It seems like your categories, products and permalinks are a bit messed up. Please, check the categories first – see that category name and category slug are good, second, check if products are assigned to categories well, and then the permalinks (as mentioned before).
You should also regenerate your images (in download package is plugin for that included)

It would appear that there are stray tags on the themes in the navigation. Can you tell me where the file is which is generating the menu? There are stray <option> tags and tags which is messing up the menu in certain scenarios.
Even on the example theme at: http://aligator-studio.com/kauri-woocommerce/There are 86 validation errors on this page (many of which are likely caused by the same instance or have tricked down to other issues)

I like to use shortcodes in widgets, especially in the homepage widgets blocks (sidebar is not important). But this doesn’t seem to work! Do I do something wrong? Or is there a workaround for this?
I need to replace the slider so I’m installing a plugin. Can you help me out here please. How can I prevent displaying the Kauri sliders? What do I need to change in the homepage template?

Hi, both plugins for which the Kauri is built ( WooCommerce and WP e-Commerce ) have option to turn on the social media via Share This on products page.
