When try to add sidebars ”+” when click – nothing happens. I check a video how it should work – but it’s not working! Where is the support? Why still not reply to customers???

hello? i just bought this, i guess i should have read the comments 1st, i have wordpress3.8 and the sliders do not work for me. tried everything.. anyone else have this problem? is this going to be updated? and if not i would like a refund as soon as possible, thank you

Hello Themefuse, Beautiful theme, I have a question: When customers use the reservation form I don’t get an email confirming it. Also when I confirm the reservation the customer doesn’t get an email confirmation.

I’m getting a 500 Internal Server Error after installation of the theme. It’s completely blocking me out of the admin side of the site. I’ve tried uninstalling the theme and reinstalling, tried installing only one portion of the theme, but I can’t even get to the admin section now to do anything.

Any ideas on how to fix the issue?

One more issue: trying to translate a theme via “CodeStyling Localization” plugin.

Got this: Error: The actual loaded translation content does not match the textdomain: tfuse Expect, that any text you translate will not occure as long as the textdomain is mismatching! This is a coding issue at the source files you try to translate, please contact the original Author and explain this mismatch

For the first question:

Create a theme_config/extensions/shortcodes/shortcodes directory in child theme and copy there map.php file from the same directory of parent theme. Open the file and after this line:

add this one:

maptype: “SATELLITE”,

Hi there,

Just to make sure future buyers are all on the same page here this is not an easy to use theme. I’ve only built a few websites in the past but this comes along as the most difficult. Their support staff is very slow and not the most helpful in my personal experience. However visually it is a beautiful theme and if you are comfortable with designing something from scratch it can save you plenty of time I’m sure.

If you’re like me and have difficulty with the the theme they are more likely to push you off onto their “Customization team.” Where they also make money.

My general impression was that this was a fairly simple easy-to-use layout and that was a mistake. Test out their test lab first, build your whole website and then consider the purchase. It’s far better than frustrating yourself and/or bugging their support staff for meaningless stuff.

Also, you may be required to completely uninstall wordpress from your host sever and start fresh as was the case with me. Even after testing it out you may encounter problems.

Yes there is a learning curve as with all the themes out there but in our opinion nothing drastic. As a matter of fact we are working hard right now to improve this for casual users as your self by implementing a visual builder for the pages amongst other cool stuff.

About the support being slow on our forums, please be so kind and share a link to your posts or give me your ThemeFuse user name. I’ll look further into this. Sometimes clients ask for something and they don’t take in consideration that to answer our guys need to maybe test something, install the theme again on a fresh install, or maybe try to reproduce a certain bug or issue on our servers in order to get to the bottom of the issue. Anyway, share the details of your support with me and I’ll look into it further. Thanks.

The customization team are not our guys, we just created a page where we recommend WP professionals that can do extra work for you. There are some changes that users ask for sometimes that require extra work and most of the times a lot of it, that is not included in the price of the theme. Because we are don’t have a custom work team in house we point you to the guys that will do that work for you for a fee. (We don’t take any commission from there, we don’t even know the prices that of course are discussed with the developer based on your needs as it should be).

Hi! Awesome theme, but it don’t look too good in iPhone5 in horizontal view. It doesn’t fill the screen and the edges of the background images can be seen. Also, I think because of the width, maybe it would be best to show the normal navigation menu instead of the mobile menu in horizontal iphone5. Are there any easy solutions to these issues?

How do I make the theme look exactly like the preview? Im looking for the /xml data to import but I cannot find it.

No need to look for it, after you install the theme go to KiddoTurf in the main menu and you’ll have the option to import content there.
