I recently updated my KIN site. Now when I try to update my category “Rooster Heads”. 1. The images show up as ? sign or broken picture icon (depending on which computer I am using. 2. When I move my cursor over the image a super enlarged image shows up. 3. When I click on the image I am sent to a blog, instead of having an enlarge image showing up

Hey peerapong, I just purchased KIN yesterday and I absolutely love the layout. I am however having issues with my photos being displayed on the site. Last night there was an issue with the .htaccess file which was showing my images as broken and not displaying in my portfolio, however we fixed that last night and everything was running great. I woke up this morning to do some more work on it, and noticed that the images are broken once again, even though the site was running smoothly lastnight and earlier this morning. Any suggestions on what’s causing this?

Weird… Now the images are showing up again. The guy I have helping me with CPanel fixed the .htaccess file but something in KIN may re write it again. Please advise

Hi!! First of all, thanks a lot for this great theme. I have a little problem with my homepage. The picture gallery doens’t show up. I ve set an ilage gallery, then I create my menu, I ve attributed in the KIN menu wich image gallery should appear on the homepage but nothing changes. Here is my website: www.calistomthego.be. Open Wordpress admin > Settings > Reading > Front page display select “Your latest posts”.

Pre purchase question: How difficult is it to increase the margin/padding between the content and the header/menu?
Sorry it couldn’t be done using theme admin. However you can edit theme CSS file to change that.

Hi Peerapong I just purchased KIN, using the last version of WP. I have created one page, chose the default model, and uploaded 25 images. Scrolling does not work, the pictures appears as thumbnails in 6 columns. How can it be fixed ? Best

i updated your theme to the last version but now i can’t create galleries using the image i already uploaded, i can create galleries ONLY uploading new image from my pc.

So basically you are saying i CAN NOT use the images ALREADY in my Media Library of wp to make a NEW gallery? I can only makes galleries uploading new images? So you are saying i can only delete all the images on my wp library and Re-Upload it all as galleries? Are you saying that?

Before that , could you please tell me if its possible, when click on image to zoom,to have a slideshow, same like the one on the main page” gallery”? Sorry It doesn’t support that. I will consider to add it into the future if there are many requests from customers. Generally speaking, if it’s not in the demo then it’s not in the theme.

I recently updated the theme and now I am no longer able to access the Visual Editor – I can’t create links, add images or switch to the Text/html view. I disabled plug ins and that didn’t seem to help, then I tried switching themes and everything worked again. Are there others having problems with this, and how can we get this solved? Also, scrolling along the bottom no longer works.
Love the theme, we just want it to work!

Download from Themeforest > your account > downloads and replace all theme’s files and folders using FTP account with the new version.

I’m very happy with the theme. Thanks again. However I have a question about the naviguation. The black scrollbar works fine but I wanted to know if there were a way to be able to scroll only with a trackpad (without having to use the black scrollbar) it would be so much more comfortable. Your work on this theme is really nice looking on smartphone but the scrolling system does not work (Android and Windows Phone)
I think you could improve your sells on this one by adding an option for a photo gallery system usable with finger touch.

Hi I just purchased your theme and I love it. But I have a question, how do I add “galleries” or images to the pages I created.
Go to Appearance > menus and add your gallery to menu item.
If you can’t see it, click on screen option (top right) and check on galleries.
Please follow the theme’s instructions in /manual/index.html it will help you get through all theme features.
