hello again, upon review-order.php the entire “form-row place-order” is not there. i installed a test installation somewhere else from scratch and its missing there as well. dont know if it has to do with my server not “SOAP Client class enabled”. its the only red mark in the system check. everything else is clear. using WP 3.5.1 and woo 2.06. please advise. thank you

Just updated to WP 3.5.1 and import. Uploaded V5 and sample data doesn’t transfer and the theme doesn’t operate correctly and woocommerce says the theme is not compatible with their latest version.
any suggestions?

I just purchased this theme about 2 days ago and i cant figure out how to change the caption on the bottom of the homepage that reads: “Kinetico lets you upload and sell digital goodies easily, but it suits for physical products too!”. Please help!

Having many issues with theme. Please make some updates so it is compatiable with woo commerce 2.0
One issue is:
With the new version of WooCommerce, I can’t select any shipping option. It deselects every time I select one at the Checkout page. Are there more people with that problem?
The other is the checkout page and paypal issue.

What a disappointment. This is my favorite theme (design wise) but the support has been less than satisfactory.
I opened a support ticket #2158 on February 13th and it is now April 29th. Your last email said… “Have sure you’ll get it sorted ASAP! I added your issues to our update stack and you’ll receive a message from me really soon with a solution.”... that was on March 21.
I have been extremely patient in waiting for a solution, I’ve been polite, respectful and will continue to be so.
I understand that it can take a while for support… but 3 months and still waiting?

When sharing a post on facebook where that is supposed to be shared, I get the word “Keywords”.

Ok so I go to a blog post, copy the link and share it on facebook, facebook usually loads a thumbnail, and some content from the post, but with this theme it does load the thumbnail, but instead of the content it says “keywords” please check it out, I took a screenshot of what’s happening.

The problem is not the thumbnail though, its where the content would go. I was able to fix the issue by deleting the description metadata on the header.php file.

Quick question. I have the xt shortcodes plugin working on my local host. then i used the twitter feed feature with this code [xt_twitter username=”@twitternamegoeshere” count=”4” width=”100%”] which works great. but when i upload it online this code no long works. any suggestions? should be an easy fix thanks!

Hey there – i really like the look of the theme, but I’ve got a quick question before I purchase.
Can I display my ‘latest posts’ on the front homepage, as opposed to displaying ‘latests products’ through the WooCommerce plug in. I wish to direct people away from my site when the click on my latest posts.
Please let me know if this is possible, then I can pull the trigger.

Thanks for your swift response. Is there documentation showing me how to do this? Is it through the use of short codes? From what I’ve been reading it works pretty seamlessly when using WooCommerce, is it as easy when I’m not using this plug in?
Sorry for so many questions, it’s just I’ve bought many themes before, only to find out too late the don’t do what I need them to (more my own fault than anyone else’s!)
Hey, you only need to click one radio button to set your homepage as the blog page
The theme will work perfectly fine without wooCommerce, it just adds the shopping option

@iamwarlock your problem is kinetico v.4 isnt compatible with that version of wordpress or woocommerce, you need to downgrade to have kinetico work to at latest woo 1.6.6 and wp 3.4. i had the same issues and the theme works great now, big fan. i was beating my head into my imac on why the place prder button wasnt there and only one payment type…cant wait for v.5!
