It appears (to me at least) that you release a product with an error, (i.e.: Warning: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in C:\wamp\www\king\wp-content\themes\kingsize\lib\slider\slider-posttype.php on line 95) and then offer the patch only to those who can show proof of purchase.

Am I way off base here … ?

Hello,

Yes, this error is however specific to very few environments. There is a patch available to it in our support forums that is available there until we’ve released our next update (Version 5.0.3) in the coming days. In the meantime, you’ll either have to register for support, or await the release of the updated version in the coming days.

If you’re not the buyer of the theme but are helping someone, you can ask them to register an account for you and then access the support forums using their login credentials that can be shared.

Patch releases and buyer support is only available via our Buyer Support Forums and for obvious reasons purchase verification is required.

Can you tell me if this theme has the ability to have multiple filters on an item such as this site: http://davidhornbrook.com/calendar/ ?

As you can see it has the option to allow the client to filter by Region, Month, Year, etc.

At the moment, KingSize WordPress does not have filtered galleries but it is our intention to be releasing a feature release soon after we’ve resolved any and all issues (releasing a completely stable version of our theme). We just released version 5.0+ and still perfecting things, but hope that in our next update (pending it’s release, version 5.0.3) we should be done with all instabilities and working towards our next feature release which will include isotope: http://isotope.metafizzy.co/

Can’t be specific on that feature release date but it’s coming soon.

I have noticed that background slider changes every picture I upload. what seems to be happening is that every image is cropped from the centre – crop takes a lot of image from all the sides even though image could have been re-sized down and then cropped a little. also, if the image i want to use is smaller than the screen resolution, it seems that theme scales it up and then crops? is there any way to configure the scaling and cropping of the background slider images

Not sure I understand “at the bottom of a page or post” and which “photo slide” do you mean? I’m assuming one of the slider galleries such as “Galleria” or “SlideViewer” or “Orbit” correct? Yes, you can use these and any of the other gallery shortcodes in any page/post you desire and multiple at that if desired.

He logs into his Theme Forest account, goes to Downloads and locates the KingSize WordPress theme. There, using the download button beside our theme, he can download the license and theme files.

Thank you for your reply. I am aware that the menu is shown based on the viewport, however there is no function or loop in the cssmenu div to populate the ordered list for the mobile menu. There is only a function (wp_nav_menu) further down to populate the mainNavigation.

Hi I have been happily using this great website until yesterday when my daughter helped me back it up and upgrade to V 5. Unfortunately everything crashed and now all I have is the front picture of the site, I still have access to the admin section as does my daughter.
