Hi,

A quick question before buying. Can I use the theme with Revolution slider?

What I basically want is to set up a homepage similar to your demo, but I’d like to use the revolution slider items next to the menu. Is it possible or it only works with the slider that comes with the theme?

And another question. I checked your video tutorials and you mention that you can create a similar homepage by setting a static page from the WP admin. If I do that can I get the same result as your demo page?

Hello,

By default, our theme only comes with our slider. I’m sure with some developments though you could replace it with the Revolution slider but not something we’d be offering support for within the scope of our free buyer support.

Yes, you can create unlimited fullscreen sliders, videos, custom image backgrounds with Pages and Posts. The results would be identical to our demo site.

I would like to put a carousel at the end of a portafolio page with more portafolios. How can i do that? (all the plugin of carousels i have see are for post, but not for “portafolio”

You can have as many pages/posts as desired with Video backgrounds, Slider Backgrounds or Single Image Backgrounds.

Hello, I installed the new version of kingsize, and i notice three things.

1. The menu navigation slider is showing a thin white line between the block and the triangle? (check http://www.salthill.eu )

2. i whant to get rid of the “Kingsize” footer! Where can i remove/ change that.

3. the background slider picture are not there anymore (only on the start page, not on the other pages)

Our asking you to register for Support is not “bad service” as it’s our intention to improve your experience and benefit from it. In Theme Forest you cannot search the comments, along with many other restrictions. Most authors on Theme Forest have offsite support too.

As for the linked issue, I apologize but that was my mistake as I was updating our system today and accidentally overwrote that file. It has now been updated but nonetheless this “How To Register” is perfectly visible when visiting the main site http://www.ourwebmedia.com/support so taking a few seconds to look and you would have found your answers.

Thanks for your interests. Our theme is not technically an Ecommerce compatible template, so we do not provide support for this. However, our buyers have confirmed there are three Ecommerce plugins they’ve successfully used. They are Ecwid, Cart66 and wp-Ecommerce. We’ve seen a lot of buyers using these plugins.

In the HOME section, Can i have 3-4 sub-sections for only texts? The front page doesnt look like having too much texts

You can assign any page/post as your homepage via WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading. Create your pre-existing page prior to going here and then assign that page.

Good evening chaps.

I have managed to increase the width of my Blog Template and all looks well – well apart from the Featured Image/Blog Post Thumbnail.

Even though I have adjusted the content area in CSS (functions.php) to be 950px wide, it is stretching the thumbnail image which I notice has a native resolution of 460px wide. How do I get the theme to use the correct featured image/blog thumbnail that is sat in the wp-content/uploads folder ready to use?

I have noticed that 460px is the original width of that template and wondered if there was something left for me to change so that the native resolution of the image shown is 950px. I can provide login details on request :)
