Hello,

I’ve purchased your great theme KOI.

I would like to know if there is any chance to change the stacked images gallery layout. I need to have every image in a smaller size and with a grid layout like the homepage. Moreover I need a lightbox gallery when clicking on the image (like the one that comes when clicking on the magnifying glass of the homepage images).

Can I have thumbnails in the homepage gallery lightbox?

I hope this could be possible.

My thumbnail rollovers do not seem to be working even though I have Enable Portfolio Sliding Grid checked. Also, if I resize my browser window down to mobile sizes, the thumbnail rollovers appear, but stay on permanently. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I love this theme but have recently a CSS problem. When writing text in a page all formatting disappears. Images drop to the left. Images and neither the portfolio can be updated because the “pencil” is missing when you click on the item. I’ve checked this in different browsers so it is not a browser issue. The problem appeared after the latest update and isn’t there in the 2015 theme. CSS works there and the “pencil” is visible in the editor.

I would love to have this fixed as I have an exhibition coming up so I need to update my page. www.douwe.no

Is the images responsive? Is there a way to display them full screen on a browser? (Instead of having to scroll down to see the full image)

Does the portfolio gallery work only with square images?

The images display 100% the width of the screen. If your images are really really tall, then the viewer will need to scroll to see the whole image.

The portfolio is designed to utilize 400×300 images but you can modify that by changing the value in the functions.php file, line 151 (http://thmbns.co/djah).

Hi, I have contacted you a couple of times now via the support and am still waiting for an answer. Or my answers end up in a place where I don’t see them. Where is the tickets overview on your support? It seems non exisistent… Am I missing something? I have stylesheet problems or something anyway. I would like you to respond. I am waiting for a week now… I am posting it here out in the open to urge you to take up this matter and to take it seriously. I have an exhibiton coming up and am considering buying a new template because you just dont give me any help…
