Our shop page isn’t showing properly with the sidebar widgets and correct spacing. I’ve created a ticket at tokokoo and they said to uninstall all the plugins and find the one that’s interfering with the shop page. Went thru one by one and checked them. No change. Also, still super disappointed in the mobile viewing. Has anyone else experienced problems with mobile viewing AND/OR issues with the shop?

I have just a quick question, would I be able to move the WooCommerce folder in the Koorsi parent theme, to my child theme, without causing any issues?

Hi, i am really upset and want my money back,its been few month already since i ve bought the template/theme Koorsi and after so many constant problems with it i do not believe anymore that it will ever work. Every time i do lots of work on it(or ask someone else to help)its crushes again again !!!!!!! New problems with it always!the site not working as it was just a day(or a week) before ,images are not working,home page keeps changing by its own will,without me changing any settings,or like now,some info that i ve downloaded just a few days ago completely dissapered and slides not working anymore!!!! instead i see this message now!! Fatal error….. I am really tired of trying,wasting my time,waiting and spending so much time on writing to customer support that is terribly bad and slow!!!!! I’m start looking for more elegant template than a free one that I have for now for my website selling watch.

What I’m wondering is, I like the scrolling product highlight on the home page, but can I have the product smaller? and also have the other newest product shown on the home page also.

I do really like when you hover the product image, the detail will show up, but I wondering if I have a lot of text on the product image, what will happen? Will the product detail being cut off?

Hello, I purchased version 1.9.3 last weekend. I received confirmation last night that a “Support ticket request was created”, but I have not heard back from you. I don’t know how to get the animated slider to work on the front page, like your demo with the the side black circles & white arrows. I have a static slider with you have to select the circles at the bottom (attachment). I read the instructions on Slider Chooser but I can’t find the option. It says “Go to Appearance ? Customize. Take a look to the menu on your left, open the Slider tab. Choose Slider: Default or Nivio Slider.” I can’t find any options. I read on your comments (copied below) and it says version 1.9.3 has an updated “revolution” slider. I only have the option for slide target. Can you please help me. Thank you.

I have not heard back from Tokokoo Support from my question yesterday on the comment listed above. I have contacted Evanto Support and opened another ticket #RLA-556-24036 regarding this case. I requested a refund if this “work not as described” can not be fixed. Hopefully it can. I will post an update when this issue is resolved. I’m sure people that are interested in this product would like to know the answer too. Thanks.

I have still have not received a ticket number from you. if you using catalog, its only one image. but if you using woocommerce it will more than one image and must use catalog visilbility extension

I am not able to alter the size of the Main image on the Single Product page from 360px hight to 530px hight. As per your instructions, I change the dimensions in the ‘Image Options’ section of the WooCommerce Catalog area and click the ‘save changes’ button, but it reverts back to the old values.

please open your includes/functions/theme-woocommerce.php go to line 28-33 and remove/comment this script:

But remember, we can’t guarantee that the images will still look good in the Single Product page.

If you need to adjust it, then you’ll have to do it by yourself.

I did it and changed the hight dimensions and it doesn’t change the single product pix at all. Is there something I am missing?

I mentioned this before and was never answered. The drop down list on the ‘Calculate shipping list’ cuts off at the screen edge! This happens on ALL screens, lap top AND phone screens. Can you please fix this? Thanks!

@RicoRico … I ran into the same issue with the main product image not resizing. After a few minutes of tweaking I found out that this works for me:

First: Delete the aforementioned code supplied by Tokokoo. Second: Change the dimension of the single product just underneath the aforementioned code. Third: Change the settings in Woocommerce to the dimensions you’d like. Fourth and last: Delete the uploaded featured image and deselect “hard crop”. Re-upload a new featured image which has the SAME DIMENSION as you have specified before. These steps seem to have worked perfectly for me .. Although you kind of loose the magnification effect since the original uploaded picture is not as big as before.

You might wanna give it a try!

I would love to hear a permanent working fix for this too @tokokoo, as my website also needs to go live!
