Do you know if BBpress works with your theme?

Is there a way to make the newsletter widget actually work? If so how do you do this. Also when they have signed up is possible to display some sort of pop up message or confirmation? Thanks.

Hey Bass – I’m not quite following you here, as the Newsletter widget does work. All you need to do is simply enter your Subscribe Code (which is what MailChimp calls it) into the field. There’s no confirmation message though.

Its been more than a week, I’ve sent 4 mails including support tickets on your official support page. I didn’t get even a single reply, no response.

My site was live for several days with issues so finally I had to consult another developer just for some basic customizations in the theme.

At first I thought maybe the team is busy, then I thought now its getting delayed due to 4th July, but after I saw that you’re constantly replying here I was shocked.

Your support was the best of all the service providers / designers I ever worked with and that was the reason I was about to buy Spruce & All New Execute, but I have no idea why you’re doing this to me.

Hey Enrico! Those are featured images that are pulled from the Portfolio Posts. If you upload a featured image, then it’ll show up in that grid slider there.

Hello! I’m working in a client’s website that is using your theme, I didn’t purchase it directly but they sent me the name of the theme they used.

The site has an issue that happens only in Chrome: When the site loads the homepage, it loads fine but a second it finishes loading everything disappears but the logo (and when you scroll down the sticky menu does show up). If you go into any of the interior pages, everything loads just fine, it happens only on the homepage and only in Chrome, Safari and Firefox load the site fine.

I’ve tried deactivating pretty much everything, and the issue persists, and the strange thing is that the same thing happens when I try to load the demo of the theme on your website, also only in Chrome.

Any ideas? I’m on a pretty tight deadline, the site address is http://laagenciamasefectiva.com/

Hey there, do you mind contacting us through our official Help Center with your details so my team can run some tests for you? We’ll figure it out!

Also, I did notice you’re on a very old version of Krative (1.0) – we’re currently running v1.5.1. You can try removing the “animated BeanFadeIn” class from header.php to see if Chrome will recognize the page load – as I believe that was an issue in the past.
