Hello again, i just downloaded the theme and in the dreamweaver when i have to go to the design view it doesnt appear the ccs styles and the only thing that i can have is a blank page whith some links…what can i do for that?

hi there,

can i put and use interactive swf file instead of videos or images? I like to use this template for my 360 degrees virtual tour like this one on the link.

Or if it does not support swf files. do you have a template that I can buy that will serve as the link above? I need to make a 360 degrees virtual tour site.

Hello,

Basically the template is not designed to host an swf player but, since we are talking of an html template it can be easily modified.

Interesting how you deal with customers.

I am a paying customer, i had planed to promote your work to others, but that’s not going to happen now.

Short story. I wen’t to your support site and asked a Question. And here is a few facts on what is required before you even will be able to post in your forums. – You have to be a signed up user, a member. – In order to be that you have to verify a purchase.

What happened next was that I got a message in the forums that told me those 2 things was required as well as the topic being locked. Now I got quite offended because I would not have been able to create the question in the first place.

As it seems I made the mistake of reading things wrong, this was because of what I would consider to be a clear mistake in the implementation of your forum, as it led me to believe you had responded in an offensive, ignorant and arrogant manner, so I posted a second message in there noting very explicitly the above facts.

I would have apologized for that if it wasn’t for the reaction to it, which was that you blocked a paying customer. Rather than deleting the “superfluous topic” and explaining what had happened.

But maybe that’s just because I work with mission critical software.

I think there is a big misunderstanding here. I understand your concern but I think is right to make clear the facts.

1. You made a question and you got the answer. The question was about if can remove or not remove comments from css. Once answered the topic has been closed, and that’s a regular procedure since is not a question that generates a real thread.

2. Yes, you need to login to have support because, at the moment, is the only way we have to fight against people who download illegally our products and than they ask for support. Access to the forum is extremely simple, is explained and many other authors uses the same way to provide support. Besides the script we use for purchase verification is promoted by Envato. Forum is developed with bbpress, as for any other authors.

I really don’t think this is happened. There is one question from you. The second one was a replicated question where you started to offend the forum and that’s why the question has been removed. It was already answered and there was no reason to let it there with unnecessary comments from you about the forum.

Also, from the forum: “It is important to note that authors ARE NOT required to provide Support but I’ll do my best to answer your questions as soon as I can.”

Also, nobody blocked you and there are no known issues regarding the access to the forum. There are new users almost every day so I suppose the forum registration and access works fine. Please, if you need info you just need to email me and I will be glad to help you, as I previously did in the forum.

Anyone else have issues with the contact form. It seems simple, but when I replace the email with my clients email, any correspondence he receives from the contact form has his email, not the submitters email. I’ve left a request on the “support forum” but no answer. Just trying to get a resolution. Thanks in advance.
