Hi,

In your admin panel, go to “Theme Options > More Styles” and enter this following code to the Custom CSS box:

.comment-subscription-form {
    padding-left: 70px;
}

.comment-subscription-form label {
    width: auto !important;
}
.cptch_block br {
    display: none;
}
.cptch_block {
    padding-bottom: 15px;
}

Then click Save and the form should be properly aligned. Hope this helps. :)

Thank you. :)

Hi, It seems the Contact Form code does not send the customers email address along with the the message and subject? How can this be turned on as at the moment I receive the customers email but have no way of replying as there email address has not come through?

Thanks Rob

UXbarn

Hi Rob,

I’ve included all contact info to the theme since version 1.2. Please download the latest version and replace the ”/includes/addons/sendmail.php” file with the latest one. :)

Hiya,

Are you planning to add some sort of theme setting export with the theme options? When we moved servers, we lost all theme settings. Some themes get around this by giving a theme options export option. This would be really useful otherwise we have to input all the data again everytime.

Thanks

UXbarn

Thanks for your purchase. :)

I would like to implement the feature to export theme options too but for now, I would need some time to see what I can do about it. So, it’s going to be the future plan.

Thank you again for your valuable suggestion. :)

Hi ! Thank you it’s a very nice theme you built. I’ve just bought it and it’s great and well documented. Just one problem, I am french and I would like to change the “Read More” you get when you hover a picture on front page by its french translation. I have looked around but not find any way to do that and I’m bit scared to mess up the php. Which file should I edit ?

Thanks for your time.

Oh wow : That’s a fast answer ! and exactly the information I needed. I’m a bit of “beginner” and would never have thought of looking through the css ! Thank you again !!

UXbarn

You’re welcome. Glad I could help. :)

By the way, if you like the theme, could you please do me a favor by giving the rating star for the theme? Perhaps a little nice five-star if you’d like to.

Thanks in advance! :)

Done before I realized you asked !

Hello, I just had one quick question. I updated the sendmail.php file to updated version to correct the bug buyer robertnoon pointed out. It works great and includes all the contact info, however, is there a way to adjust the sender information from “wordpress@yoursiteexample.com” to either a)the actual sender’s address so you can just hit reply rather than having to copy and paste from the message body? Or b) change the sender name from “wordpress@yoursiteexample.com” to something like “contactform@yoursiteexample.com”? Solution “a” would be preferred, however, at least being able to change the name so it doesn’t say it’s coming from just “wordpress” would be appreciated (for grouping and recognization etc.)

Thank you for your help in advance!

UXbarn

Hi, for solution “b”, go to “Settings > Mail” then you would need to enter your name and email to “From Email” and “From Name” fields then save it.

I’m finding the best method for solution “a” but still got no luck unfortunately. Something just went wrong to the “reply-to” setting. So at the moment please use the solution “b” mentioned above to have your own sender name. :)

I am a fairly new WordPress user and I love your beautiful theme and it is the first one I have bought. I have started developing my site and it looks just as it should in Firefox, but in my version of IE (the latest for XP) the slider doesn’t work, some things don’t look the way they should and it takes forever to load.

I can’t see anything about browser compatibility anywhere. Is this the problem?

UXbarn

Hi, thanks for the purchase and your kind words. I appreciated that. :bigsmile:

The theme supports IE8 and above as mentioned on the right of this theme info page. So I’m just wondering what is the version of your IE?

If you’re already using IE8 or above, please send me your site URL so I could take a look at the problem. :)

Darn! I thought I read all about it and missed the bit about browser compatibility.

I guess I’ll just go back to creating my own boring old child theme based on good old reliable Twentyten, since I can’t control what browsers viewers are using. It’s a real shame; I was very excited about your gorgeous theme – the only one that’s made me want to give one a go.

Maybe I’ll file it away and give it a go in a few years time, when I can assume that most IE users have caught up!

Great work on this theme! from the 100th purchaser Would it be possible to enable ability to pinch/zoom in on mobile devices?

Also – it seems the new iphone5 landscape view is set to iphone 4 landscape width. Could the following be add to style sheet for iphone5 support:

@media only screen and (min-device-width: 640px) and (max-device-width: 1136px) and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2) { /* iPhone 5 only */ }

Note to webwomantas comment on ie compatibilty – less than 2% of visitors to my site come from internet explorer ver 7 or earlier and that number is dropping daily so I wouldn’t be overly concerned about compatability with ie7 or older

UXbarn

Hi ttem,

Thanks for the purchase. ;)

To enable pinch-to-zoom, please open “header.php” file and go to the line 14 then you would see the code as following:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1" />

Just change the value of “maximum-scale” to “5” as:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=5" />

And that’s it! You can now do pinch/zoom on your iPhone. :)

But tor the iPhone 5 media queries, I currently don’t have a plan to add the support on that unfortunately.

Thank you for providing that code mod for mobile zooming.

I may take a crack at modifying @media query for targeting the iphone5

Hi ttem. Maybe it’s because I’m in oldfashioned Oz, where we lag behind the times a bit, but 14% of my site’s current visitors are still using IE 6 and 7. Like I said, I’ll just have to wait a bit to get the fabulous Lamoon look.

UXbarn

Sorry to hear about your issue on browser compatibility. However, if you decide to give it a try on the theme and need any help, please let me know. ;)

Please can you tell me how i can change the SLIDE translation speed (not the slider animation speed)?

Thank you very much!

UXbarn

Hi, you could do that by modifying some value in ”/scripts/lamoon.js” file. Open that file then go to the line 398 and you would see the code as:

slideshowSpeed : 6000,

Just change this value to any number you want. Kindly note that the speed is in milliseconds.

Hope this helps. :)

Perfect! Thank you!!!

Hi, How do i slow the testimonials down in speed, I cant seem to find this control? Many thanks

UXbarn

Hi, please open ”/scripts/lamoon.js” then go to the line 368. You would see 2 sets of code for both widget and shortcode. For example, the default code of widget looks like this:

$('.widget-testimonials').cycle();

To adjust the speed, you could modify that line of code to:

$('.widget-testimonials').cycle({
          timeout: 4000,
});

It means 4 seconds for each testimonial before moving to the next one. The above example is for widget. To adjust the speed of Testimonial shortcode, just use the same pattern as:

$('.shortcode-testimonials').cycle({
          timeout: 4000,
});

Note that the value of “timeout” is in milliseconds.

Hope this helps! :)

Hi,

Is there a way to add a target _blank to the shortcodes’ buttons ?

Thanks for your template, it is great

UXbarn

Hi, thanks for the purchase. ;)

To do that, open ”/includes/shortcodes.php” file then go to the line 177. You would see the code of HTML anchor tag for the button shortcode. Just add the “target” attribute there. :)

Hello, I purchased this wonderful Lamoon theme today and was wondering how can I get everything the way it is shown on the live preview? It would be much easier for me to start adjusting from there.

Looking forward to your reply!

UXbarn

Hi, you could find the instruction in the provided documentation. By the way, please login with your account that made a purchase. :)

I did read about the lamoondummydata file, but I don’t know how to use that, or where to open it. My apologies! I will login next time on the other account.

HELP !! the column shortcodes are not working on my site! http://lacoparesort.com

UXbarn

Hi, as I could see, your site is working fine with columns. Could you please elaborate your issue?

great theme, does this theme work with WPML plugin thanks

UXbarn

Thanks for your interest but the theme doesn’t support WPML usage unfortunately.

Hello, I’m about to buy this theme but wondering if it is SEO Optimised? Thanks!

UXbarn

Hi, thanks for your interest. :)

For SEO , you could easily use the plugin and I would recommend “WordPress SEO by Yoast” plugin. It provides full features of SEO optimization for your WP site. ;)

Hi, is there a way to edit the reservation form?

For example I would like to remove the payment method, check in, check out and extra bed fields.

Great theme btw… :) Thanks

UXbarn

Hi, to do that, you would need to manually modify “shortcodes.php” file. The reservation form code is starting at the line 549.

Kindly note that after you modified that file, also, you would need to make change to “sendmail.php” file in the function of “submit_reservation_form()” to match any fields that you’ve changed. :)
