Hello,
You would need to extract that package first. Then you will see a zip file named “Lamoon.zip” inside. Try to upload this zip file instead.
Also, you can read more detail of the installation steps from provided documentation.

Hi, I can’t make the shortodes work. I typed:

I used the shortcode generator and there are no HTML-types around them. I am using Wordpress 3.5.
I tried to recreate the shortcodes, and suddenly they worked. Sorry for any inconvenience.

i was wondering if you guys are gonna add a pinterest social icon or is there a way i can replace one of the existing Icons. Seems easy enough just didn’t wanna bastardize it if i didn’t have to.
Hi, you would need to manually modify “footer.php” file to replace any of existing ones with Pinterest. You will see a list at the line 28 in that file.

Did you mean having a sidebar on any page and you can place your ad on that sidebar? If so, the theme allows you to do that. There is a simple widget for ad banner (image + link) to be used on any sidebar in the theme.

Default slider is available in homepage only. Other pages will use their own Featured Image to be displayed as header which you could see in live preview.
I love this theme, is it possible so that when a user sends a message via the contact form, that the users email address is sent as the “from” email in the actual email sent. I have a user that is unhappy because they can not just hit reply to the contact form messages as it will reply to itself rather than the person that filled out the contact form

Currently, there is no workaround for that unfortunately. You may use another contact form plugin like Contact Form 7 instead. I think it may suit your need.

We have the template live now and its wonderful! I only have a small problem with Rooms. One of the rooms has 3 photo’s when I add a 4th it is removed each time. So we can’t add more than 3 photo’s in this room, with other rooms this is no problem. So its very strange.

For your issue, please try to delete all the photos of that room then click save once. After that, add them back again. It should solve the problem.

1. Regarding installation of Google Analytics inside the theme, could you confirm to me that all I need to do is put the analytics tracking code inside the body tag of footer.php or index.php?
2. As I’m WP novice, I want to be sure that I understand the Licence correctly. When I buy a your theme I’m only allowed to install it on one project? For example, I’m not allowed to to buy theme once and install it on the www.first-site.com, www.second-site.com, www.third-site.com etc.?

1.) I would recommend this plugin for Google Analytics settings: “Google Analytics for WordPress”. The plugin will help you to add the tracking code into header section without doing it manually.

There is a problem with wordpress 3.5 where the creen options tab on the top right does not drop down when clicked if you are editing a page or post. This has been happening to many themes and I am not sure why. I know it is the theme as I have disabled all plugins and the issue remains, i then changed the theme and the problem was solved.
Can you please point me in the right direction to solve this?

Amazing theme, simple to use, not one error, very professional look… in one word “PERFECT”. We are a small camping in France and where able to put the site online in less then a day with all the images and descriptions. Again thank you so much. I am now trying to put the facility categories, in order to let the client choose in the main menu (activités sportives/activités toursitiques…etc). Do you have a tip on how to add the link in my main menu, because they don’t appear, i just have the existing pages.

For your question; you would have to go to “Appearance > Menus” then find a “Facility Categories” box in this page. You can select the categories you want and click “Add to Menu” then save. That’s it!
Note that if you can’t find the “Facility Categories” box in Menus page, click “Screen Options” at the top-right corner to expand the panel. Then select the “Facility Categories” checkbox and the box will appear below.

I have never tried using Hotmail for SMTP configuration. So, unfortunately I just have no idea about it. Perhaps you would need to Google for the details.
Actually, I would recommend to use your own SMTP account that you got from your web hosting provider because if you have any issue or question, you can also get the support from them.
Ok for me, i just put my hosting provider settings ( 1&1 ) and every thing works like a charm. Thank you again for your help, that was very fast and hope to see soon a new template made by UXbarn.
