Hi @KennyWilliams,

Excelent template.

I have 3 questions:

1. When you visit the ‘About’ page, the nav link remains grey, could it be possible to change it to blue, when the user is at that page?

2. Another one regarding the nav bar: I have set a logo which is 105px height. Then, the nav bar is hidden behind the light-grey background of the content div at ‘About’ when the page is viewed i.e. in an iPhone (in this case, the nav bar is at the bottom of the logo, due the responsive behavior). How could it be fixed?

3. If you see the bottom quotes, when they have different number of lines, the nav circles and the footer also move up and down regarding the position of the text. This make pretty difficult clicking that buttons. Could they be fixed in height avoiding the up-down movement of the nav circles and the footer?

Thank you in advance for your help.

KennyWilliams

Hey Pibo5,

1. Yes Easy change, the active page nav item can be changed to a colour you like. It just involves adding an active class to each page nav item, and adding that class property to the CSS.

2. Easy change, The header area for logo and nav on the internal pages has an existing height property that can be changed to suite your logo size.

3. The quotes are in a container and the dots a relative distance from that container. You could set a fixed height, but you would have to do this on all css breakpoints and would have to make sure all quotes are consistent in length. This was intentionally left as a variable height because there is no way of knowing what content people ant to put in here.

hope that helps

Thank you KennyWilliams,

I will try all your solutions.

Another issue is that I would like to set images at the ‘About’ page, left column. I am using the HTML img tag, and I have set a width of 520px, but for some reason the images are shown escalated to 350px wide.

Any solution for it, please?

Thank you again.

KennyWilliams

Hey Piblo,

Have you purchased this template yet?

Hi KennyWilliams, of course.

Maybe the reason why I have not the “purchased” tag is I bought this template with the “The Envato Mobile Bundle”.

Regards

KennyWilliams

ok, thanks Piblo.

Hi again KennyWiliams,

I don´t know if you´ve seen my last question:

Hi Pibo,

in your css find ”.main-container.internal img” and change the max-width property to what you want.

Hi,

Some questions : - Is it possible to put easily a full screen background image ? - Is it possible to change easily the colors of the texts ? - what kind of sliders is it the Layer slider 4.0 ? because I know how to use it in wordpress but how can you do the same in a simple html ?

Thx in advance

Yelo

KennyWilliams

Hey Yelo,

The ability to add a full screen BG image is not part of landahoy. It can be done but you would have to custom dev it.

It is easy to change the colour of text. The slider is sequence slider, all slides have custom transitions suited for the slide and images in that slide.

hello,

i bought your website within thje envato bundle.

two questions:

- how can you change the color of the three loading dots which will appear in the slider area?

- how can you decrease the slider height? the image has a lot of space to the upper title and the lower navi dots.

thanks

Hey Newbie,

The loading dots colour can be changed in sequence.js file, just do a search for#26a3ea and replace with your own colour.

To change the slider height, update #header style is your css file. Beware the animations of the devices are based off the relative space they are in.

Hello Kenny,

Having a small problem with the template.

When I change <title>Landahoy</title> or add the description to <meta name=”description” content=””> and save…then the entire alignment of the sheet is thrown off at bottom of page….mainly everything in the features (thumb photos) section down at the bottom of the index.html page.

Any ideas?

thanks
