Why are my tweets not showing?

If your tweets are not being displayed check your settings to ensure that your tweets are not protected. Protected tweets will not be displayed.

If you choose to unprotect your tweets wait 24-48 hrs to see if the plugin will display the tweets.

You can double check to ensure that the plugin works by displaying tweets from a twitter account that you follow (example: @ThemeForest or @pxJunkie).

I tested the subscribe feature and I didn’t get an e-mail. Why would that happen?

Some web hosts prevent website from sending e-mails from forms hosted on the web server to e-mail accounts on the said server. In fear that it may be spam.

Change the e-mail address that the form should submit the e-mail, to one not associated with the domain. (i.e. change it from mail@yoursite.com to yourname@gmail.com)
