We purchased this template and have been having issues with its load speed. It is currently taking 24 seconds to load the home page and about 14 seconds on average to load sub pages. Any suggestions to address the slow load speed? Have others had this issue?

Would it be possible for me to remove the dropcart-hover function? I would prefer that the number of items and total price would be displayed underneath the “Cart (0)” – would that be possible?
I bought this template 2 days ago. I submitted a ticket and no response. Are these guys still in business? In Explorer 10, the Quick View function does not work properly. Once inside the QuickView clicking on the Description tab does nothing. In some cases, if the description is too long, the top of the Quickview box is not visible and you can’t move it down. Problem is that to close the box, you need to click on the “x” at the very top corner – but it’s not visible. That’s very inconvenient. I’m sure there is a fix. Not impressed with Customer Service so far.
I bought this template but there is something wrong with “create an account” page. I opened a ticket and I have waited for long time, however, your people never reply my questions. I want to get my refund. I don’t want to use this theme anymore.
Hi there just purchased the template, I have a question in the documentation it states “You will also need to upload the directory app/code/local/ThemeTeam and the file app/etc/ modules/ThemeTeam_All.xml.” these folders, files where not in the file I downloaded, am I missing something?

There are a couple problems with quick view and mobile devices and also when a product is configured and you press instantly add to cart it is also quite bad. I might want to buy this theme, but there are quite alot of flaws (which you do want).

What a disaster this has been. I purchased this theme and then designed our entire website based on the theme.
We installed it and just noticed that there is missing AJAX script on the product page and a missing javascript file called jquery_pol.js
You can’t select the product options and there is no Add to Cart button!!
I sent a message to support and am waiting to hear back….
We have invested dozens of hours in design updates, installation and configuration of this broken them. It’s sad that Themeforest / Envato continues to sell themes that are broken and not maintained. Don’t buy this theme.
I am still waiting for support to get back to me and will let you know if they respond…
