Is it possible for a sidebar to display on the main blog page? The sidebar I want appears on each individual post page, but does not appear on the /blog page even though the page settings are the same. Thanks for any advice!

Hi I was curious if I missed something with the shortcodes. The shortcode icon in editor isnt showing and the shortocodes display as code in the webpage…

I started with the home builder but the columns dont seem to be working. May have something to do with the short codes.

Also how can one get the exact homepage layout? Is there code for that?

Unfortunately, “Legalized” theme is not the best solution for needs like this. Even our “Immensely” theme can not suit custom boxes with stock changes.

As usual, I buy a theme on Envato and there is NOTHING as far as installation, customization or anything to support your claim that this item is “well documented.” Where are the documents? I will NEVER buy another theme from this site and I intend to add your organization to my website as a BAD BUY

Hello there I consider buying this theme but found a problem. By clicking a menu icon on mobile version it ends with just reload – theme doesn’t load drop down menu after reloading page. The same situation with accordions – sometimes they load, sometimes not.

Hi,

We’ve purchased your theme, but something isn’t working since a couple of weeks. In the home builder, if you choose to display team members for example, there used to be text on the back of a team members’ photo. Instead, there is a mirror image of the photo now. Can you please fix this?

I will do this, but you should take a look at your demo site for Legalized, it has the same error. Just mouse over the team section on the homepage and you will see it.

Update: this is only the case on the latest version of Firefox as far as I can see.

When uploading the files via the browser or FTP, and clicking activate it returns a URL and a blank page:

Then whole site is then inaccessible?

Is there an issue with this theme and WordPress 3.9?

Can you tell me what/where to edit the H1 title tags on the service area boxes on the homepage? (The 3 boxes under the slider). Since they are H1 tags, and Google frowns on having more than one H1 tag as bad SEO practice, I want to change them to H2 tags, but don’t know where to do so. Can you advise?

I have an account, and will submit a ticket. I would like to say that as a frequent frequent flyer on themeforest I need quick answers, and often try to find them by searching other questions and answers on either the comments sections or support forums (which you don’t have). So I think I speak for a LOT of users when I say it is frustrating to see most of your support replies to be ‘submit a ticket’. What users love to see (especially if they’re trying to decide whether or not to purchase your theme) is whether or not you actually provide usable support. Just some helpful input.

Yeah, I get that. But then again, who besides verified users would need support for the theme, if they haven’t purchased and installed it? I’m really not trying to be difficult… I offer this advice as a regular customer here. Before purchasing, I argued with my client AGAINST the purchase of it, simply because I had no way to really verify whether or not you offered good support. I carefully weigh that as an important factor in my decision when I choose themes here, because a lot of themes are built with a LOT of errors and problems that need addressing. And being able to see that the developers not only are willing, but also capable of addressing the problems helps me trust them. I also know I can find answers quickly, without having to wait on a ticket system for each problem I may encounter.

Again…. just some feedback for the future!
