Ok, I bought nivo slider and I installed the plugin. Another question: how to customize the menu of the footer? Now I have: Archivi, Categorie, Blogroll, Recent Post…I want to change…
Many many thank’s
You did not have to buy it… I said we use it already, it’s part of your theme, it’s what powers the slider – I said if you want to learn how to customize it to try going to the authors website where he explains everything.
Menu setup is shown in your documentation – it’s a basic wordpress function – wordpress admin menus is where they are setup.
Hope that helps
Jonathan
Have installed – following all instructions – to my blog on ‘imod.org.uk’ and have no images, footer out of place, etc… any suggestions?
you have no purchase badge.

The purchase was made by a colleague ‘neilmac’ – i’m the site developer.
Hi – please could you get the buyer to contact via the profile page contact form on the right please as directed in the instructions for support so I may check the purchase. Here is a link:

Hi,
I’ve noticed that on the slider images that there is no small preview of the images at the bottom of the slider. This is a fresh install , up-to-date WordPress version and everything else seems to be working fine.
Any thoughts,
Thanks, William
Could you send me a link so I can have a look please?
Thanks
Jonathan, when clicking on a thumbnail, and the full referenced image comes up, should the caption show there? Currently, neither entering a caption nor description result in that caption showing with the image.
Fine work.
Oh, one other thing. While updating Wordpress, is it necessary to update Life? Doing so scares me, since I made various changes to Classes and others, with the help of Barb, when I was building this. The thought of having to rethink all of that and redo it is…not pleasant.
Hi and thank you!
No need to update Life when you update WordPress. The update will ONLY update the WP core files, not the theme files.
As for the captions, if you mean the new WordPress captions with the latest release, no as this code was built on much earlier then that. What shows on the light box window is the title of the image, so if you want – just place your caption as the title and that will display in the light box window.
Thanks for your purchase and please let us know if you need anything else.
Thanks
Jonathan
How can I create multiple portfolio pages with different content on each page? I couldn’t find this in your documentation. Thanks!
Hi and thanks for the purchase – as the portfolio pages are filterable you create one portfolio page, the category they belong to is what appears at the top of the page automatically, clicking on the category filters the content. There is no way to have multiple portfolio pages with different content with multiple categories as that defeats the object of a filterable portfolio.
I hope that helps explain how the filterable portfolio works.

Great theme! I can’t seem to figure out why the slider thumbnails are broken images though. I’ve got it installed on kanemcconnell.com. Am I missing something?
It appears to be an issue with your WordPress upload / crunching actually – take a look at your image url here:
http://i2.wp.com/kanemcconnell.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/20130304-173942-58x44.jpg?resize=960%2C400Not sure how you have your server setup looking at that url, maybe something to do with it? The actual image was either corrupted before upload or during upload to WordPress.
If you have any image sizing plugins I would deactivate and delete all and re-try – if that doesn’t help I would contact your host to see if it’s something with your PHP image libraries on your server.
Got to be honest I’ve never seen that issue before ever.
Other than that just check you are doing things as outlined in your help documentation for creating the slides etc.
If you need further assistance please use the new support center here and create a ticket with your license number and we can help further.
