Hi,
We have the wordprress version of this template, I have a question regarding the special features section on the homepage, it seems to have been disabled and i can’t work out how to re activate it. can you tell me what I’ve done wrong.
thanks
Please only post comments that are relevant to the item – I have responded in the correct item comments page. Many Thanks
Hi Jonathan I’ve bought this package as the html version, now my client wants it as a wordpress version. How easy is it to transfer the design and layout, is it do able?
Thanking you in anticipation pete
Hi, there is a wordpress version available of this html version ( see item description for a link ) that would really be my recommendation – hope that helps!
Hello,
Does the life website work on IE9 ?
This theme was tested in IE7 and IE8 at the time IE9 wasn’t actually main stream yet, however, I don’t see anything in the CSS that would not display correctly in IE9 but we have not had a chance to full test out yet, but we will be doing soon. Hope this helps
Thanks
The menu seems to act very weirdly if you have fewer items .. (it moves over the searchbox versus under)
If you can provide a live link I can take a look – it just sounds like we need to add a min width to a class and I can assist you with that.

don’t have it up live but take a look at the white version and comment out half or 2/3 of the menu to reproduce.
any fix? i see the front page says something about a fix but it also says October—If I redownload it’s fixed?
As I do not know the date of your purchase I can only recommend that you re-download if you bought prior to the update that fixed many issues reported – in fact all issues ever reported – it’s the stable release for sure I would recommend everyone to be running.
Hope that helps

Still a problem.
please use the contact form on my profile page as suggested in your documentation for support questions – please include a link to your live website – many thanks
Jonathan
This is ridiculous. Anyone thinking you’d get real support if you find a bug —forget it.
I apologize that you feel that way, but I’m not really aware of any “bugs” that have been reported that haven’t been rectified.
If you already have a support question in with us could you please try it again. If you haven’t already supplied a support question via my profile page would you please send one through.
Support is not compulsory on TF but we actively offer support, unfortunately sometimes it takes a few days to get to things as we process the support tickets in the order they are received and some of those support tickets are “bugs” as such but actual customization that sometimes can take sometime before we can move on to the next ticket in line.
Thanks
I just replied to your “bug” question via email – the problem is not a bug but rather that when you edited your html template you removed some divs which has caused your layout to break in several places – I detailed out the ones you removed and suggested you open your original file for assistance in seeing what is missing – I also suggested using firebug in firefox to be able to see the differences and make alterations on the fly to help you understand your mistakes.
Hope that helps and thanks for your patience.

I purchased this theme back in December 2010. I saw that you’ve updated it since then. If I download it again from my purchase history area will it include these updates or is it only include in new purchases?
Thanks. Lori
Thank you for your purchase. If you just re-download you will have the new files.
Thanks
Great, thanks!
Jonathan Was wondering if this will be available in HTML5 ? thanks you!
depends what you mean by HTML5 in all honesty – most authors change the doc type and call it html5 which technically is HTML 5 as it’s just a doc type – however using divs etc and changing them out for default html5 tags we will not be doing I’m afraid – no point as it would appear exactly the same in all browsers as it does now.
Hope that answers things for you – many thanks
Jonathan
Jonathan,
I am very impressed both with your design ability and how quickly you communicate!
To clarify- Should I decide to merely change doc type to HTML5 (which I have a few reasons as to why I need to) do you foresee any probs with the existing divs and functionality if that change were to be made? And if no issues with functionality would the site appear with errors because of merely changing doc type to HTML5 ?
Again thank you for your quick response from before!
yes you will see errors if you change the doc type I am sure and possibly some scripts may not play nice with html5 tag unfortunately – I’m not 100% though it could just work as normal – sorry I know it’s not much help
Jonathan
Hi I’m sure there are loads of tutorials out there to do this for you. Support is only offered for installation and set up.
Thanks for your purchase
