1- You will have to manually edit the css in superfish.css file

2- You already got it which is either to remove the related code from index.php or the easy way is to not choose “Main Services” page in the Theme Options panel

- In order to show new post or popular post, you will have to edit the frontpage (index.php)

- You can do so by creating a new page, layout it using shortcodes and set it as static Front Page through Settings->Reading page in wp-admin.

There is no “Home Page” instead the default layout is handled by the index.php or the default page and then you have “Home Page Alternate” and the corresponding .php file for the “Home Page Alternate” is index-alternate.php (just mentioning in case you need to make any code changes).

If you want to use the default layout i.e. the index.php then you don’t even have to create a page but if you want to use the “Home Page Alternate” layout then of course you will create a new page and assign the “Home Page Alternate” Page Template to it and finally you will go to Settings->Reading section, choose “A static page (select below) ” option for Front page displays radio buttons set and then for the “Front Page” select the page name to which you have assigned the “Home Page Alternate” page template. Save changes to apply the changes and preview the website.

Note: don’t choose a page for “Posts page” option, just leave it as it is.

One more important question: the date based archives page shows all posts and not just the date based posts. For example if I got to www.abc.com/blog/2011/06, it shows me all the posts as it would under the default /blog/ page.

This is leading to 404 error since the pagination would should pages and pages but in effect a month would have only a few posts.

Yes, you can set number of portfolio items per page for which there is an option in the theme options page. See this screenshot and notice “Portfolio Items Per Page” option in which you can set number of items per page for portfolio page.

I looked into the html source code of the home page and noticed a php error so looks like you have made some changes which has caused that error. I cannot say what is causing that error because I don’t have access to your site’s actual source code.

the video for Portolio post type has a small issue which I just discovered so I will update the files asap. I will let you know here once the update is available.

This still doesnt work, Ive updated the theme files and every time I put a url in and update it, the text box where the url goes appears blank, and the same error appears.

this theme works fine with wordpress 3.4.1 and the live preview is also running on wordpress 3.4.1

Yes, I did not know that. I have made heavy customisation to the theme files. Would it be possible to let me know the files that you changed to sort out the IE9 issues so that I do not have to go through every file to determine where the changes are and to incorporate them into my files?
