Hello, how do I place a background image in the header?

do the demo xml files come with the theme?

I can’t resize the images, I can only select the 3 standard sizes and if I try to resize manually an image inside a page nothing happen.

Question: I´d like to get to the detailed page of a food when klicking on the thumb-image. At this time it is only possible to get to the detailed page of a food if you klick on the name.

I know that you can select in Theme Options menu Menucards “Display Food Item Image as Link to Large Image?” but id like to get to the detailed page same as “Display Food Item Title as Link?”.

Do you have a solution for me? Thats brilliant…

Since a few weeks, the contact and reservation form do not send emails anymore. No error message.

Somebody any idea what is going on? (actually, can anyone indicate through which mail server these messages are send, and, is there any possibility to change this such that these email from the contact forms are send via a mail server of your own choice?)
