So, it has been 28 days since I originally requested assistance, there is still no solution for my issue. The blog page does not work. It has been 14 days since you claimed you will have a theme update to fix the issues within two days. It is 12 days overdue.
You have many customers, including myself, who need to make deadlines. I realize you have had issues with your server, but the lack of support in the past 4 weeks is not professional.
I believe, when we buy your theme, we are also paying for support, especially for issues that are inherently wrong with your theme, not just changing some css.
So, “bro”, when can we expect a theme update, or at least a relevant response to one of your many customers questions?

Bought the theme yesterday and trying to customise/set up as my client requested. Got these issues:
- Support Forum URL (provided in the theme options) doesn’t work, what’s the correct URL?
- Team page – doesn’t display thumbs for featured images which are loaded. Keeps coming up with TimThumb script error occurred. Same error is happening for Portfolio Featured Image, Blog posts and other custom post types.
- When I add Team members or Testimonials to another page through Page Builder I’ve got Category drop-down as one of the Options. “Team” posts do have categories (All, 1 and 2 only?) although filter doesn’t work and still displays all members from all categories (“job titles”). “Testimonials” haven’t even got a category option added. Can you get these fixed as soon as possible – would have been a very useful feature to select testimonials based on a category (e.g. events) or members based on role (e.g. developers).
- Would be great if dynamic filtering (like on Portfolio) also worked for Team page based on “jobs” and for Testimonials based on “category”.
- Testimonials template: how to switch off thumbs which are meant to be pulled from Gravatar website? People who gave testimonials don’t always want their pictures added too. And without picture it always shows the blue square. I’d like to switch it off completely if Gravatar URL link isn’t completed.
- I’d like to get rid of Support Call/Email in the top bar, but keep the bar on as it also displays social media links. How to do this?

It’s seems as though others are having this problem too, but the blog template isn’t working. It doesn’t pull content in from the posts made to the blog. It also doesn’t pull in the properly set sidebar when I try designating the blog template for a right-sidebar. What’s going on?

HI there. Whenever we add a page with a parent, we get a PAGE CANNOT BE FOUND whenever we preview it through WP or try to view it through the website. This is reaslly inconvenient as we cant build any new pages! can you help please.

we have saved the permalinks to be the post-name but we still have issues with new pages created and lining to them.

Thank you for your answer but it doesn’t work, you can check yourself, any time you make a portfolio category query, the browser is showing ( http://artifactworks.ca/RPO/skill-type/bathroom/). use any of the home page recent work samples (the categorie) i’m working on, I would like to show category instead of skill-type.

Hello. You can only change the slug form Theme Options But can not show the category title in the URL above. Only Portfolio Slug

for who getting an error on portfolio single pages, to show the page content, set the page that you use for portfolio secttion in theme options, inside tab ‘portfolio’. after i setup this, it works for me!

I can understand that you are trying to make the theme better, and I respect that. This is something that many people have written about in the comments for over a month. If you can just tell me the file that needs to be changed I can take care of it, but as of now, I can not locate where it is.
