Ok, so still floored by the site. Only problem is…I can’t get the comments open. I have gone to settings and set comments to open, but the posts still say comments closed…I am still building the site with a coming soon plugin activated for public screen. Do you think that is interfearing somehow? I just wanted to leave comments so that there was examples when i go live. Thought?

1. when you use soundcloud player in your post, it shows up in the blog post listing… http://demo.brutaldesign.com/live/blog however for me it does not… http://tinyurl.com/bfv967s
2. For an soundcloud audio post how to have an image associated with it it so it appears as news with thumbnail?
3. In blog page, how to change the “read more” to something difference like “view full post” or “learn more” as you have done in your demo site… http://demo.brutaldesign.com/live/blog

Hi, i’d like to change the favicon. So i just made one and replace the one include in the Live! folder, i also clear the cache of my browsers but still have your old L in the favicon. Is there another way you can suggest me to make it happen?

If you’re using a cache plugin, be sure to set it up correctly. Do you use any cache plugin? otherwise, if the file is replaced, it is something related to the cache of your website or brower anyway…

You can set any events in the “tour dates” feature and replace the title by anything else. Also, you can edit “Upcoming shows” in the template file.

Hello, another issue i noticed and would like to bring it to your attention.
If you post news in other language/character such as, bangla, arabic or chinese, then on homepage ( http://tinyurl.com/culqa5r ; using the shortcode: [bd_last_posts count=”5”] ) the news excerpt for those news is less than 35 characters. But other english news have 35 characters.
Whereas in blog page ( http://tinyurl.com/bfv967s ) all the news irrespective of the language shows 35 characters ( using the Live! > Theme Options > Blog > Excerpt option ).
Please advise.

The player plays your mp3 song as is. If you want to manage your song duration, you have to edit your mp3 by yourself before uploading.

to my comment above, the event also needs an address too, so people know where the event is located

I’m about to buy this theme, but I have a few questions: can I customize and/or translate the menu itens? I mean, can I use a custom menu? and what are the itens I can customize on the homepage? For ex: if I want to use a box only with texts, instead of “Last realese” and “From the Store”?

Sure, you can translate the whole theme. You can create and customize you menu. “Last realese” and “From the Store” are widgets. You can change it to any other one, for exemple text widget.
