Hello, I like the template and the work you’ve done to target it toward the real estate segment. I’m looking at it as an update for my tourism/accommodation website as it transfers well, with individual property pages, etc.
I would have liked to have seen multiple colours (skins) as part of the package as I don’t own photoshop, etc. The image at the top of the property listing page would also be difficult to make look good imo. I’d rather a strong H1 title area for seo purposes.
I would consider purchasing if it came with multiple skins.

Yes. The Agent will be able to publish new property and he will be able to edit+delete their published properties.

its a static template, you’d have to either customise a pre-existing real estate listing script or build your own, or even, keep it static and hard code the individual listing
i’m getting some problems with displaying the image in the slideshow on the details page in IE8 . everything else shows as it should, but the thumbnails do not show.
Any idea why? or how i can fix it?
