Really nice theme and i’m considering to buy it but first please tell me why on the main property serch the maximum limit price doesn’t work? On the demo when i set the maximum price $50.000 it shows even those of $750.000
Hi. Thanks for taking interest in this theme. please check again there must be some misunderstanding as search works fine . for example I searched price between 100000 – 500000 and it is showing only properties with in that price range.

On this link it works, but on the Themeforest Live Demo doesn’t work. What’s the difference?
for example on the Themeforest Live Demo first one is $750.000 and the second one is $35.000. When i select the range from 0 to 500.000 it still shows the first one from 750.000

seems like I cant make main page appear on my home page..So I dont have slider or properties on my page…Please somebody help urgent…
Hi,
Please follow the documentation that comes with the theme.
Basically, You need to import XML file that comes with the package using following plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-importer/ It will create sample pages, posts and properties .
After that go to Settings >> Reading and choose home as front page and news as posts page.
You can create a support ticket if you need any more help.

kadsy7 >>> Try importing the dummy content if there is one (if not then create new PAGE, name it HOME and look for home template or something like that on the right sidebar) and then go to SETTINGS/READING, then select static page for homepage and choose HOME from the dropdown menu.
I think that’s kind of standard procedure and i think it will work.

I sorted out everything on this theme only difficulty I am having on pages..I open Pages such as ;villa for sale,off plan,apartments for sale… only villa for sale is directing me into the villa pages..rest of the pages not directing me the pages I want…Please advise

yes. it works the same way for that. as that property has an author and you can change that author info as guided in previous screenshot.
you can also change the author of a property. from author drop-down near bottom of property edit page.

In drop-down appear just the admin.
it means you have only one user with username admin. so, you need to go to its profile and modify its display name as pointed in following screenshot http://screencast.com/t/LEZ6qsSk49Bm

For this purpose you can copy the agent link and paste it in custom link box as pointed in following screenshot http://screencast.com/t/IF1WCY34 . this way you can add your own custom links in top menu.

I’m just about to purchase this theme for a client. I am based in the UK, and am wondering how much control I will have over property types, currency signage, whether the search widget is customisable (I am assuming this is done through creating categories for whatever the taxonomy is), whether you have fixed the slider (so ranges from 0 now work) and to ask if there are any bugs, issues I should be aware of when customising the template?

Thanks for taking interest into this theme.
1. Property type and city are taxonomies and you can customize them.
2. you can change currency sign from theme options.
A theme update is coming in couple of days that will add few more features and fix some existing bugs. So, I would recommend you to wait for that. I will leave you comment here as soon as it becomes available.

if you will update the theme afterwords it will overwrite the changes that you are making.
By the way theme update is ready and we are just working on documentation. So, hopefully we will submit it tomorrow.
Also this new update will come with a child theme and it would be better if you customize only child theme. this way you can update parent theme any time without losing your changes.

Hi, make sure you have a home page created using home template and after that you have made it a front page from settings >> reading.
