I want to change the slug for the property-city, to house-to-rent-in. I also want to remove mortgage please. Also where can I change the status options. I need to include, Let Agreed, Under Offer, etc. Also on the search can I change city to town?

How come there is no source files to edit the template?

I am looking to purchase this theme and was wondering how difficult it is to change the colour scheme? I don’t see any options to modify the colour scheme of buttons and background. Will I be able to edit the theme colours through the stylesheet?
