StopIE6 plugin is being used to display warnings on the older browsers. But the plugin seems to have a problem with “WP Super Cache” plugin. There is this warning on the plugin page: “If you have WP Super Cache or some other cache plugin installed it’s very possible that Stop IE6 will not work properly. I’ll try to fix that ASAP .”
Until this issue is fixed by the plugin developer, you can disable the plugin from functions.php by removing line 17:

I’m trying to update the images in the Nivo slider. However, the options to update the large images in the NIVO slider are not showing up.
When I click Appearance > Theme Options > Nivo Slider Settings.

You need to edit the slider shortcode in the home page to change the images.
1. Is there a way to add a “logo” or icon to the RIGHT side of the header without having one long .png, as I have done? 1t489.com/wordpress
2. Is there any way to disable the lightbox feature of the portfolio or to make the added page text display in mobile mode? Either would be fine with me, but I need either one or the other. How can I make the portfolio image link to a page instead of the lightbox?

1. You need to create two separate divs one for each logo and while making one of them float to the left, you need to make the other float to the right. The logo on left is already floated to the left, so you will need to add the second div and make it float to the right. After those, make sure you don’t forget to clear the float.
2. If you remove the following CSS setting from style/css/media-queries.css file (starting on lines 326 and 528), the descriptions in lightbox will also be available on mobile.

Hi,
The default space between sections is 300px. You can decrease the space below home and about with the following CSS . Please paste it into the Custom CSS field in the theme options panel and change the value as you wish:

Unfortunately there is no direct setting for increasing the number of items per row in portfolio. You will need to make the modification yourself on the theme files.
Hello: love the theme. About number of icons (max=6) below the slider: How can I create a mini_service (or short code) for placing 10 icons, instead of the max of 6?

You can still use the same method you use for HTML . In the theme, for the responsiveness all the columns become one column. So you can add your new style for 10 columns in media-queries.css next to the existing columns CSS .

In landscape mode on IPad, the top nav buttons don’t work unless you slide the page up or down slightly first. The demo site on here does the same thing. Where do I look to resolve the issue?

The menu in landscape mode on iPhone doesn’t work properly because the links on fixed elements don’t work on iOS which is an iOS bug. If you would like we help you on replacing the menu with a dropdown menu like in the portrait view. Please send us an email via the contact form on our profile page for this.

This is a one-page theme, so you cannot display a static page as your frontpage. You need to show all your pages. What do you mean by “When i select ‘latest posts’ i can see some items on the site, but not as i want it.”? Can you select latest posts again so we can take a closer look? How you would like them to show?

If you still see the pages behind the menu that is because the adminbar on top. It pushes the content 20px. If you disable the adminbar or logout you will see that your visitors see the content properly.
Also, I found out that the contact button in the menu doesn’t work for me and that the news section under firefox is not properly displayed (looks good with safari).

The contact button doesn’t work because the page slug seems to be as “contact-2”, so you need to make the custom link in the Appearance – Menus as “contact-2” or you need to change the slug of the page as “contact”.
Can you please provide more info about news section not displaying properly?
EDIT : i was able to fix my first problem changing “header height” for the most part but the pages are still a little hidden behind the menu.
