I have added a gallery exactly as per the help documents, but clicking on the Gallery link doesn’t take me to that section. I can see the gallery in the source code but clicking just reloads the page. Please advise?

Please make sure you create your menu with the instructions in the help documentation. You need to add the menu items with custom links not pages.

Is there a way to get the page to load on a certain anchor?
For example, if i type in http://stormclouddesigns.com/#services , it loads services for a split second, then refreshes back up to the slider.

Hi,
You should be able to give links to sections. If you test our live preview you will see that it works. We are not sure why it doesn’t work on your website. Some changes that you applied might be the reason.
Love this theme.
One problem: the News section shows up properly in FF, but it’s a mess in Chrome v15. Perhaps you could take a look and see if you have any insight:

Hi, just purchased Locus (love it!), but cannot figure out how to add change the titles of the navigation in the menu and have those match up with the pages. In other words, I changed the title of the “services” name to “participate” but now the “participate” link doesn’t take me to the page.

I’ve figured out a solution to my logos. But one more issue: my contact form isn’t working properly. It’s not being sent to designated email, nor is it being processed.
Also, how do I get rid of “Leave this field empty” section?

There seems to be a script conflict that is why you see the “Leave this field epmty” section. Normally when the form script works that section is not visible. That is why the form doesn’t work.
First, we recommend you deactivate any contact form related plugins and check again. If you still have the issue then please deactivate your other plugins one by one to find out which one is the reason.

There are a couple questions that I need your help: - the current hover over the menu buttons covers the whole block. How do I make it just to appear like, say, a 5px underline? - is there a way to make the front page slider not resizing regardless of the loaded image size? or maybe auto resize the images loaded into the slider?

1. Please add the following CSS settings in style/css/light.css to the hover state of the menu links:
ul.menu li a:hover, ul.menu li.current a { border-bottom: 5px solid red; -webkit-box-sizing: border-box; -moz-box-sizing: border-box; box-sizing: border-box; }2. Unfortunately it is not possible for the images to resize automatically. You need to crop your images manually and insert in the slider.

I have an old version of the theme which im happy with, except for the portfolio which is occasionally buggy. I wish to update only the portfolio plug-in(fancybox).

Please open includes/meta-box/config.php, scroll down to line 209 and add your custom page template after ”’contact’ => ‘Contact’,”. Then it will appear in the dropdown menu.

Since Locus is a one-page theme, it is not possible to have separate pages of content. You can only have one page and you need to display all your posts on this page. So you need to select Your Latest Posts as the Front Page Displays.

There is a “home” page item. However, when we select “latest posts” they don’t display what Locus identifies as “home”. What I would like to know is how to make Locus display what is in the sample content as home. When I select it, we get the redirect error.

Hi, I think i have a problem with the galleries. I cannot seen to be able to ass more than one picture to the gallery. the gallery itself has more pictures but they are not shown in the page itself (only the first picture is shown). and for some reason i do not have the gallery controls (roller and such) when the image is clicked on.

May I know how do I align the bottom of all 3 groups horizontally, and not one below one another like now? And notice the buttons of the menu, as a group, are not centered to the dotted line below?Thanks so much again!
Hi,
You need to add certain widths to the elements and use float to make them align together. To make the menu centered, the items must be inline not block and you need to remove float:left, so they are not aligned left. Then if you add text-align:center to the wrapping unordered list, the menu items should be centered.

You can give direct link to gallery like http://themes.iki-bir.com/locuswp3/#gallery (webaddress.com/#slug), or you can change the order of gallery to zero (0) so it is displayed on top before all other sections.
