I just downloaded the theme live London 3 in 1, but i “add post” i don’t have the option Click “Set featured image” (suppose to be located in on the right side of the panel)
In the help document it says: First Step (Click “Set featured image”) Located on the right side of the panel. Second Step (Click select files and select a image for your featured image.) Third And Final (After upload is done scroll down and click “Use as featured image”)
Can anyone help me?

I have the email address entered in the:
themes> London live » Miscellaneous » Contact Email » Input your email and “Save Changes”
however no email is arriving from the contact page. I have tested this with email accounts using different servers, check junk mail, etc. yet no email arrives from this contact page. Please help
I wrote the question about including author photos with each article. I managed to make this work by installing a plugin for avatars:

I am still waiting for an answer on the contact form not emailing on the server. Are there any other settings required besides the Contact Email within the London Live Theme settings?None that I can think of. I just emailed myself with the same script, most likely you’ll need to contact your host they may be restricting you.

I replaced the file: template-contact.php on the server and it corrected it! Thanks. I assume the person who originally tried to set this up may have edited the code somewhere.

Hi Is there a conflict between London Live theme and new Wordpress 3.5 version? I can not see anymore to the London Live panel option plus new gallery parameters included in new WP 3.5 (in add a media/gallery) does not work. I have tried without the plugins without any success. Hi Skyali Thanks for your answer. May I ask an advice to update the theme. Do we have to download the theme and re install the theme ? Where it must be done ? I did custom the theme (sidebar and header if I remember). Will the update the customs I did ? What is the best process ? F.
The theme was updated yesterday for the 3.5 wordpress update. I posted in the comments regarding this.
Sorry but regarding the other comments, I think I am not the only one not to understand how to update your themes. I think new customers should appreciate the bad help you can provide when there is a problem. I highly recommand to choose another theme… Now, only 1.4 version and not compatible with wordpress 3.5. BR F.
PS : FOR THOSE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE UPDATE download the theme from this page extract the files upload the folder “scripts” located in London 2 should work. I don’t thank Skyali for his bad help…
Thanks for comment, But the update has been available since yesterday which I made sure to comment on. If someone needs help updating there theme it’s a different issue.
Please be sure to send any remaining issue’s to my email. I’m not very open to buyer’s bashing me on my theme.
Theme has been updated.
1) Compatible with Wordpress 3.5
2) Updated admin panel (Importing options will be easier now)
3) Updated jquery – should be compatible with more plugins now.

I have updated Wordpress to 3.5 and now i can’t change the settings of the theme anymore. Just the navigation of the settings page is visible the rest is blank Oh sry. Now i see that there will be a update soon. Hope this bug will be fixed there

No the update to fix the admin panel with Wordpress 3.5. I just downloaded again and it still does not work? The update is still only showing it as 1.4.
I installed it on a clients server yesterday and also double tested it on my localhost so I’m quite sure it works. You may just need to clear your cache. If it’s still not working, Send your login details via email I’ll take a look thanks.

Ah now it’s working. I thought it was still the old version because the version number has not changed. I also like the new translation option, but there are still a few things not translated e.g. the tabs and comments in the slider
Mine is version 1 and i dont have a prompt for update. Sorry can you guide me to do the proper update as the admin is not working too after Wp3.5 installed.
Update by re-downloading you can find this in your downloads folder. Re-install the theme and all should be fine

Yes there was an update for this done. You’ll need to download the update from themeforest and re-install. You can get the update from your downloads folder.
