When I am trying to use the checkout page and fill information i am automatically re directed back to the cart. What can be the possible cause?

Hi, The demo-version of theme works correctly. It seems that there is problem on your local server. Please sent us email with access to your admin and FTP through our profile, so we can explore the problem.

Hi, Did you choose any country from drop down list on one page checkout? If yes, then I’m asking you again to provide us with more detailed information: products which you ordered, billing/shipping address, etc… You can send that data in email through our profile.

How does they look like in the product detail page and the quick view popup?

Hi, very good work with the theme update. I have a problem, my configurable product shows size and add to cart button below the description tabs.

Hi there. Is it possible to have the language and currency picker at the top? Most people browsing probably wouldn’t bother to look all the way down.

How to remove the “Company” tab just before Welcome text?

Hi, To remove company tab go to app\design\frontend\lookbook\default\template\page\html\ and comment out the code below:

By the way, to know from where html code is generated, you need to enable template path hints from magento. To do this go to System – > Configuration In the top left there is a box named “Current Configuration Scope: “ which has a drop down. From that drop down, choose your store view name. By default it is last option in the drop down i.e Default Store View option. After this go to Advanced – > Developer->Debug. And here make Template Path Hints = Yes.

I am facing issues in Checkout process. Debugging shows problem with AJAX. shows 302 error code in console.

On the home page I’m trying to remove “On sale products” section. I’ve removed it from the xml file (/app/code/local/Meigee/ThemeOptionsLookbook/etc/import/cms.xml), and cleared caching but the page still displays http://grab.by/tNSm any ideas how to get rid of that section?

hi, with chrome the fonts are bigger while with firefox /safari & IE it is ok. i have magento 1.8….

Hi,
Since on demo version fonts are the same in different browser including Chrome browser recent version, that’s mean that something overrides default theme behaviour. Please check the points below in order to find out and correct the issue:

  1. Third-party extensions
  2. Some custom modifications
  3. Custom sub-theme
  4. Some elements that left from previous themes
