I don’t know phplist so I cannot guide you through the process. If this system allows HTML emails you can simply copy and paste the generated HTML in that system. Of course you have to insert some placeholder tags if needed.

You cannot import this directly to Outlook because Outlook doesn’t allow you to import raw HTML markup
You can use Thunderbird instead or even better: use Mailchimp! They offer a free plan!

All templates come with and without embedded CSS ! Please check the versions without the “_inline” in the filename.

email templates are basically similar to website template.
They define how they look in the mail app of you customers.
You need someone who delivers you mails like Mailchimp or CampaignMonitor. If you like to have a self hosted solution try MyMail

PRESALES question: Would it be easy to remove the spiral-rings graphic that you use as divider between modules? Would it be as simple as changing the photoshop file for that slice to an empty png?
