I found a fix already. For one who has the same issue, just add these code into the custom css in the general setting. Note that 390px can be increased if you have a longer staff excerpt!

.widget-staff figcaption { min-height: 390px; }

great theme. i am suddenly getting an error with contact form 7 and the theme. there are no other plugins active.

contact form 7 fields WORK, however the spinner keeps spinning. From reading up on it, this happens when there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme. Since i have no other plugins active, i am wondering if this is something you can help with?

otherwise you will have lots of 404 errors (/controls/ is missing)!

Yes, Column element in page builder has option you insert your own graphic as icon.

I registered on the averta site and entered my purchased code to authorize my account. But when I try to view the support forum it keeps telling me its for verified buyers only. What more do I need to do in order to gain access??

My email is already routed via google mail I use google apps for business so it would not make a difference if it is a gmail account
