I am getting this message: This theme needs permission to write custom styles in css file. Please change directory permission at ( [current_theme]/css/other ) to 744 or higher
I have tried changing styles in the option panel and it doesn’t work. I have also set permission for the custom.css file as well as the [current_theme]/css/other folder. Please help.

Just saw this in the page builder:
Just “Flex Slider” and “Nivo Slider” are supported in page builder. (You can create new slider from “Sliders” section in admin menu)
So how would I add a Revolution Slider to the home page and have it play nicely with page builder?

Hi, first thanks for your purchase. its easy. go to edit page, in “Display Option” section there is a drop down menu labeled “Page slider”. you can select any of sliders right from here.

Hi, your theme looks wonderful. I assume I could still make a child theme “if” I felt I needed to in order to make any customisations not included already? Also, can the drop down menus be made transparent from within the theme options? Many thanks David

about the menu, you can change menu color, but the transparent option is not available in option panel. you can add it by custom css.

Go to option panel , in General tab, add the following code in “Custom CSS Code” field. Then save all options. That’s it.

Another question….if I dont want one of the portfolio info’s (like Copyright), is it possible to just show the first three and then the project link?
yes , you can change portfolio meta labels. go to option panel , under portfolio setting , you can chanfe the labels. for example change or remove copyright label.
the question about the menu, i think you can hide white space color by this tip. in option panel > header setting , header navigation section, try to set the active and hover color of parent menus to the same color as header background.
The header is transparent though…so I dont think that will work. Any way to make the hover and active color transparent?

4 – of course it is. just check demo sites in retina iPad. it is also retina ready.

I loaded the demo content for agency, but a few of the elements are not displaying correctly on the iPhone:
- The “Recent News” does not display correctly in portrait UNLESS you first tilt the phone to landscape then back to portrait. http://s13.postimage.org/ljx2n81g7/IMG_4341_copy.png- The clients list does not scroll correctly in portrait until AFTER you tilt the phone to landscape then back to portrait.

Just go to the Dashboard, click Pages, click Edit for the page you want, scroll down to the section labeled Discussion, and deselect the Allow comments & Allow trackbacks & pingbacks boxes. Then trash any comments attached to the Page.

How can you have pagination in the portfolio? or do you just have to keep having a longer and longer page?
hi. you can assign portfolio items to different categories, then display each category on individual page.
Ok but would of been much easier if there was just basic pagination.
Also it still doesn’t help if you have a lot of portfolio items in one category.

This theme looks amazing for what I need but my “client” really wants a cursive font in some places. Is there a good sized list of fonts to choose from or is it static? Also, can the full-width main image on the homepage adjust in HEIGHT? She wants it to basically fill the page above the fold. Thank you!
hi. yes in option panel you have option to change typography and choose from google fonts. about the second, i am not sure you can do that. for image sliders just fixed height is supported.(i.e 500px)

I have a couple more problems/issues, but I’ll post this one now because it seems most urgent.
In the “Agency” demo, the site is not responsive in landscape. (This also carried over to my site, which I built off the agency demo) It only captures about 2/3 of the width of the page and the slider does not work. Everything is fine in portrait, but not in landscape. Here’s the screenshot:

We checked the site on ipad 2 and new ipad (3rd). all pages you have mentioned about looks great in both devices. please make sure you have latest version (1.11) of theme installed,and the responsiveness is turned on in your option panel. and don’t forget to clear your browser cache before.

? imported xml clearly. Now ? have only one problem. ? installed qtranslate for 2 language. When i prepare a page, i see 2 input areas for 2 language to fill my text etc. ? fill it with 2 language. But there is no language selector on main page or inner pages. How can i set on my pages the language selector.
we did not test this theme with qtranslate plugin, and we can not support every plugin out there. any way, we will add qtranslate support in future updates.

when a theme is translate ready, this means, the theme can be translated to other languages by translating .po file.we included this file in theme. Hello again. I bought the theme and have a question. My website will be fully Turkish and I am still translating the PO file. (50% finished) My question is, will be the urls’s changed after uploading the Turkish.PO and MO file? I mean I want to change http://www.mysite.com/faq/loremipsum to http://www.mysite.com/sss/loremipsum
Is it possible? If not with the PO file, how can i solve this issue? With custom css and javascript?
By the way I used some other themes before. This one is really a good one. Very happy to have this. I only need 2 features. 1- Auto update. 2- Exporting admin menu options. Other themes have these options. They give you a encode text which includes your all color settings, typography settings etc and you only copy it. I wish you ll add a feature like this too.
Lastly, adding 1 px shadow makes the typography perfect. I would like to add a 1 px shadow to my texts. This feature would be nice.. Thanks.
yes you can. changing faq slug is possible by some modifications in php codes.
in theme folder, go to admin/include/post-types folder and open faq-type.php file. in line 40 you have :
'rewrite' => true,change it to
'rewrite' => array("slug" => "your_custom_slug_name",'with_front'=>false),save the file, done.
please do not forget to backup your changes, because if you update your theme you are on risk of losing your changes
about 2 features, we will add theme in future updates.
for text shadow you can add your desire style by custom css.

and it is working now. I have a question to you. Does it work if i ll change all ”’rewrite’” parts in post-types folder?
for example can i directly change this ‘rewrite’ => array(‘slug’ => ‘news-tags’ ) to ‘rewrite’ => array(‘slug’ => ‘haber-tagleri’ )
or

Hello. Can the portfolio and team images have a smaller or larger size? Can the zoom-in effect be removed for certain areas, like the team page? 1 – yes, you can display thumbnails in 2,3,4,5 columns
2 – yes, by custom css
3 – yes, you have option to display images on top, right and left
4 – no, but it is possible by custom css
