Does recent and popular shortcode able to pickup post on specified category?

Are slider post based (slides pickup from post) or there is another area to setup sliders?

I followed the instruction from the user on the previous page, now the API generated works for a while then whilst you are still on the contact page a popup appears and shows this error:

Google has disabled use of the Maps API for this application. The provided key is not a valid Google API Key, or it is not authorized for the Google Maps Javascript API v2 on this site. If you are the owner of this application, you can learn about obtaining a valid key here: http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/v2/introduction.html#Obtaining_Key

I tried browser app api key and also server key but same result, what should I do?

I’m trying to add images to my portfolio, the only way I found to do it is to put the image as a Featured Image. However, when I’m on the image ‘editor’ the “insert into Post” button doesn’t show up. I need to put several images per portfolio, is it possible?

I just purchased Lotus theme and WordPress is giving the following error on the install when I try to upload the zip file:

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

Please can you answer my concerns ive been requesting help for quite some time now regarding this google maps issue!!

I purchased this theme about a year ago (for the most part I’ve been happy, great theme!), however I have also been waiting for a solution to a common bug (The dreaded accordion shortcode) that many others have also been complaining about. On page six (1 year ago) of these comments, user “Nevman” describes the issue very well:

Like Nevman, I need some accordion shortcodes to stay closed on page load, and I cannot have the page refreshing to the bottom instead of the top.

When I search on google for “accordion” + “closed” + “lotus” I can find many other posts having this issue with no apparent solution. There are clearly a lot of other people who are also experiencing this issue and need help debugging it (i have spent countless hours looking for a solution or alternatives [plugins+tweaking the js]).

This single bug has really soured my experience of this otherwise great theme.

I really really hope this post draws more attention to this issue so it can be fixed.
