I have ordered this theme in July But i need to update it When i go to my download page, on themeforest, i have no access to the update file. Could you help me please

Thank you for this information sir, how are ads handled in this theme, is there perhaps a shortcode to insert ads?
Also the blog posts they are also reviews or how does that work?
There is an ad page in the theme options where you can insert your ad code and specify where you want them to show up.
You can create regular blog posts, and then you can also create reviews. The reviews are custom post types, not regular blog posts. Writing them is exactly like writing blog posts, except you go to a different place in the dashboard to write them other than the posts screen.
I noticed some pages in the demo with a good deal of white space in the content area between paragraphs…. is that a bug?
Also I haven’t seen user ratings for the star review type, is that possible in the review overview panel? I’m assuming it is, it seems like it’s the most common.

I have an issue using this template with bbPress.
If I load a normal page with the embed code [bbp-topic-index] then the page loads just fine. However, if I load a URL based on the Archive Slugs\Forums Base setting by clicking on the breadcrumb link whilst browsing the forum pages, then a Slider displays above the forum even though all Sliders are disabled in settings.
Any ideas? Thanks.

I’m pending activation for my account at the Ind.Themes forums, got a question to solve though.
For pages, is there any way to hide the ‘latest slider’? I know for posts, you can hide them, in theme options. Shine a light please?

Yes you can hide for individual pages using the layout options below the content editor. Please post any follow up questions in the forum (I have approved all registrations)

That is a good question. All refunds come through ThemeForest since they are the ones who sell and license the theme. I would love to verify that this plugin works but I have never used it and you can never be sure, unfortunately. Do you know if it requires any specific elements of themes for compatibility? I couldn’t find it…

Go to settings >> permalinks and click Save, then try. For follow up questions, use the forum, or email me at support@industrlalthemes.com. ThemeForest comments are not trackable and have a way of getting lost and skipped.
Hi, are you planning to make this design High Resolution? It would be really good as most screens now are HD/Retina and some text and the icons would benefit.
Also, under the user submitted review / comments section I would like to add some of my own fields. Is this possible already or is it easy to modify to achieve this? Or maybe something that can be added for the next update?

As for additional fields in comments, I was thinking a user review submission should have a title. Also each different review type might need different fields. ie best dish for restaurant reviews, favorite audio track under music etc. So maybe some custom fields for comments if possible.

Aha I see what you’re saying now. That is not possible with the theme by default, but I’m thinking there might be some plugins out there that enable more user fields in comments – not entirely sure. Try searching the WP plugin directory or asking this on the WP forums. Sorry I don’t have a better answer than that!
I was just wondering about the BuddyPress Template Pack plugin. On the Made theme’s Themeforest landing page (under Highlights), it says that this plugin is required; however, the plugin is compatible only up to WordPress 3.3.1 and Buddypress 1.5. Is the Made theme dependent on the plugin for any type of functionality?
Also, I was just over at the Buddypress Template Pack support forum searching for an updated version, and a user posted this notice about the plugin: ’... BP 1.7 introduces WP theme compatibility. You will no longer need to use this plugin to get BuddyPress to work on a WP theme. BuddyPress 1.7 will use your theme’s page.php to display content. No more editing the template files to match up to your theme’s files. ...’
Since the plugin is outdated, it has the potential to break my site, and I don’t want to risk that.
It actually does require that plugin only for the javascript and some style. It will work without that plugin functionality-wise, but it won’t look right. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I was unaware that the next version of BuddyPress won’t require that plugin anymore. I’ll get to work on an update for this for a future version of Made in preparation for the new version of BuddyPress.
i have a problem, the images don’t auto resize on lower resolutions like phones and tablets.

I have another pre-sale question. I had some minor issues with permalinks while using the Swagger theme. My permalinks came out like this:

Absolutely, in fact Made does not use the -detail mechanism like Swagger does

It allows unique sidebars for unlimited review types, but not for specific posts, pages. In order to do that you should use a plugin.

Test it out for yourself. If you replace 33 to 7, it works. Anything over 7 does not work.

I think this is a great theme and might drop my current templatic theme for this one. My question is, can I place a script in a widget or in the php for the home page that is aprox 600 px wide by 150 height?
Yes you can put script into ad slots and have them appear on the home page, and they can be that size. Is that what the script is for – ads?

I haven’t tested specifically with this plugin before. I would recommend searching or posting on the theme’s support forum to see if other users can answer better. Sorry I don’t have more info than that!
