Missing style sheet error when installing the theme
A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

3. If you have encountered problems with theme installation, you have found bugs in the theme, you have other question according theme functionality, send us email or post on forum.
4. Please, mind, that forum is specially created for intercourse among customers. If you want to get in touch with admin, send your emails to the above given email address. It is the quickest way to get answer on your question. Or you can simply wait for help from the community on forum.
5. Support team answers you per email not oftener than 5 times a day. If you send more emails, they will be answered the next day only.
6. Time to response on your queries takes from 24 till 48 hours on working days.
7.
