Hi Justin,

it would be nive to be able to have more than one picture per post. As a quick solution, it would not be necessary to do anything but display the pictures with the same formatting as the main picture… would it be possible to have an updated css with formating for extra pictures?

Hi Justin,

i’m using jpg and gif images as the main image in my posts. but only the gif images show up in the category galleries. what could the problem be?

if i make a separate gallery page, it doesn’t work at all because i have added more images per post.

and it would be really nice to have a slideshow with thumbnails in a post. when you use this theme as a portfolio you always need more images per post…

when i use a main image in a post that is higher than 313px, it does not show up on the homepage. how do i fix that? (it does work on the demo site…)

thanks a lot for the help! great theme.

Hi Justin!

Still supporting this theme? :-) I purhcased the theme some while ago, but have asked a few questions, and so has other people… do you have any plans for a new release, maybe with some new functionality? I think more than one picture per post would be helpful to some people, eirher by CSS , so additional pictures will be styled as the main picture, or by some sort of gallery in a post…

Hi again…

Support for the built-in WP gallery would be nice… If the gallery function built into WP could be supported with CSS , and the code for showing the gallery could be omitted from the text (as for now, the preview shows [gallery link=”file” orderby=”title”] , which of course in not desirable).

As a quick fix that would help a lot, when I wish to have more than one image in a post.

Hi Justin…...................

I have a few more questions regarding the theme, but the first thing I have to ask is: Do you still support this theme? It has been a long time since the last sign of life from you, both in the comment section and in the support forum. The feedback before I purchased the theme was good, but when I struggle setting it up, I feel a bit left in the dark.

I will ask anyway, as maybe someone else could answer:

  • I would like to link the image in posts to a full size image (or to eg. 80% of the screen size) – how do I do this? In the post overview the image links to the post, and in the post I would like to be able to see an even larger version of the image, by clicking it.
  • In the demo of the slideshow, a new image “overlays” the one already there, but in my installation, the image already present becomes a grey background before a new image is shown. Not so elegant. How do I fix this?
  • Could you give me some feedback on the question about the font, or a link to the font used with information about weighting? I have tried to generate another instance of the font to get Norwegian characters, but the weighting is all wrong.

... and please see my other questions above.

Hope you are all well and will start to support the theme again.

Send this same message through my support form and I’ll get your questions answered. I don’t check ThemeForest very often as they don’t send out notifications when we get comments on our products (annoying!). Send your URL along too, so I know what to look for.

Thanks for great theme. But it would be nice to pull images from WP3 ’s featured image thumbnails instead of generating its own. I just can’t get my PHP upgraded since I have many clients in my server.

Is there any way to get Slideshow working manually? I would like to use slideshow with my featured image thumbnail of wordpress own.

Still waiting for your reply.

Would you please consider adding these features to your next update?

1. Support for WP3 .0’s native thumbnails instead of auto-generating. 2. On / Off function of auto-generating thumbnails and banner pictures.

I like the style of your theme and that is why I bought it. But I cannot use it now because I am not possible to change upload folder. So please consider adding on/off functions above so I can use sort of ‘lite’ version of your theme.

I can change them manually but I’ve purchased this theme to save my time, so if I spend too much time on changing codes manually, it’s not worth it.

Cheers,

Good thoughts, thanks for your input! The native thumbnails is absolutely going to replace the custom input field, and I’ll definitely take your second idea into consideration. Not sure how many other people would need it.

jschhtz, Thanks for reply. I’ve purchased your another theme as well, Business Package. I modified codes to have some of WP3 .0 features such as custom menu and native thumbnail support. Works perfectly. Can’t wait to see your next new theme!:)

Hi there,

Same here, there hasn’t been an update in a long time, we would love to hear from you.

I found an issue today that you may want to have a look at. In header.php, the function wp_head() is called… twice. That’s a problem. For example, if you use a Google Analytics plugin, its code get included twice, which results in buggy bounce rates (< 1%).

For some reason, when I try to create a gallery page and add posts with second, third, etc..thumbnail, my photo images don’t get displayed. I’m able to add only one thumbnail on my gallery page. Can I get some help of why that happens?
