I also want to know about the updates. I’m quite sure this wasn’t responsive but you said it was in the support. Did you do anything there?

The reason you don’t see a responsive template is media queries look like this
@media only screen and (max-device-width: 480px)
while on my demo sites for I use
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px)

This is required that only devices with a max device width of 480 pixels use the responsive feature

To allow media queries only on that devices (which they are made for) helps to get rid of unexpected results in Thunderbird and Apple mail.

You can remove the “device” from the media query to see how it looks in the browser

Hope that explains it!

Thanks!

I’ve installed the Template Builder 2.6 at my server and build an template. When I Preview it on section 3, then the popup window is responsive, but if I either download, copy to MailChimp or paste the HTML code to an html file it’s not responsive.

I really like the template builder, but it seems that there are something wrong with the generated code.

Please help ASAP!

Hi revaxarts Really like the idea of these templates – very nice work. Would it be possible to code another header with logo (lets say one big top image) with some basic html knowledge? I am intending to use the templates in Mailchimp.

revaxarts

Possible for sure but you need some (very) basic HTML knowledge

Wow. Extremely impressed so far. Loving the ability to visually build out the newsletter modules directly in Wordpress. Very easy to use. I am using the Market 3.0 template. Sweet.

Thanks!

Please don’t forget to rate my item if you’re satisfied!

How do I change your stock image to my personal images?

revaxarts

You have to change the src attribute of the img tag!

Hope that helps!

Hi.. i’ve purchased this item but when i copy the html code generate in page builder to mymail i cannot modify anything. Can you help me? So i can’t use page builder!!!

revaxarts

the template builder was not designed to work with MyMail! Please use the built in editor of MyMail

Thanks!

RESPONSIVE NOT WORKING I’ve made a layout using template builder, downloaded the html and no matter what I do it is not responsive. I have done what you suggest above to no result. I am using a product list and then 4 column image layout. Nothing else.

I’ve tried changing media queries:
“You can remove the “device” from the media query to see how it looks in the browser

Does not work. Any help appreciated.

I purchased Market, but need some customization for Aweber. Can you do that? If so, please send me the contact information.

I just need the various Aweber drag/drop components inserted so that it functions properly.

Thanks!

BTW – love the designer app!

revaxarts

Sorry, currently not available for freelance. I’l take in consideration to adopt my templates to aWeber though

Hello. Your template looks great! I’m looking for a way to create nice HTML emails for a SHOPIFY e-commerce website. I want to send styled “We received your order” and “Your order is being shipped” emails. Shopify has a plain text input field (with their own merge tags) and an HTML input field. Can the Market Responsive Newsletter Template be used for this purpose? Or is it really intended for people who are using MailChimp and Campaign Monitor to send html emails? Thanks.

revaxarts

sure, you should have basic knowledge about email html and inline your styles before send mails!

Hi, I would like to by this product, but I would like to know what kind of export formats are supported. What I am looking for is .mht output

revaxarts

Hi Xaver. Pls can you assist me. I have posted my first support request on your support site almost three weeks ago and still no reply. I am having a problem with your Market Theme. Please can I get a response from you?

When I crreate a template and I add in the code for black, the Market template still comes out with certain elements in colour, i.e. the “read more” buttons as well as part of the header. Please see the pictures attached

Hi Xaver. Please can you assist me. I have logged a support ticket on your support forum over three weeks ago. I cannot get html colour codes to work correctly on your Market template. I just cannot get help from you. Please can you assist me. I see you are answering other queries, yet still no support from you here or on http://revaxarts.ticksy.com/

Hey, I really like your templates specially the template builder, but I am wondering if I could export the template as HTML and CSS so I can edit the design (fonts, shapes . . . etc. In another way, Could I create my own designs for the template builder or modify the current one ?!

I posted a support ticket over two weeks ago on your support site, for a very small yet important issue (Ticket #115477), yet I have still not received a reply of any kind.

Please could you get in touch asap, as I am sure you would prefer to keep your potential customers happy in the knowledge that you do offer support if required.

I will check back tomorrow, thanks.

Hey Rob. Support from Revaxarts just totally sucks. I have also logged a support request over three weeks ago and still no response. I can’t get custom colours to work on this template. The Revaxarts support forum even says that their response time is “horrendous.” Last time I needed support it also took forever. I don’t recommend anyone purchases this template!!

I just downloaded the templates, and have been testing them. Many of them do not display properly in Outlook, although their responsive design looks fine on my iPhone. I am not sure exactly what to do about this. I am happy to provide screen shots of my Outlook to show you what is happening. The formatting is not correct in certain cases.

help.revaxarts.com is live!
