Hello, Is there an admin panel where the RSVP info will go once people RSVP? Also will I be able to add fields to the RSVP, if so how?

FamousThemes

Hi,

All the RSVP messages will go into one email adress. You can use your email adress to get all the messages. Or a custom one, build especially for that.

In the theme admin, the RSVP section is build with e free wordpress plugin, that is made to build forms. The plugin will need to be installed from the wordpress plugins directory. Read the HELP file to know from where you can get it. You can install it directly from the admin.

And with that plugin you can create/arange any form you want. And add any input in it. Requires just some basic wordpress admin knowledge.

Regards.

Hi,

When I replace the buttons such as: title_bg.png page_titles_bg.png more_about_bg.png for example on rose color, it works fine in normal version butt mobile remains with primary “yellow” buttons, why? and where can I access them?

Thanks in advance.

I sorted it out, tittle background in mobile version is not image based and all I had to do is change color in style.css .pages_title background-color:

Hi,

Yes that’s corect. In the mobile version, considering that the layout is stretching down we are using CSS colors.

Thank you too.

It has to be said the template is perhaps one of the easiest and most well documented templates we have bought, the support is outstanding and sets the standard high for those who wish to follow this path.

OUTSTANDING SOLUTION AND SUPPORT

Hi there. I purchased the standard web/mobile version of the template. I’ve got both the contact and rsvp PHP pages up and running, but I’ve noticed that when submitting on both pages, nothing is sent to the email address.

I was sure to change the email in the code, and everything (to me) looks like it should be working. But yet after dozens of tries, nothing is ever sent to the email! Help!!

Here is the site in question: www.croppwedding.com/rsvp.php & www.croppwedding.com/contact.php

FamousThemes

Hi,

Just drop us an email using the contact form on our profile page sidebar. We will reply, and you can attach for us your modified contact.php page. We will test it and tell you exactly what the problem is.

It should work fine, it’s used with success by a lot of users.

I am working with the slider feature on the home page. I understand the code structure and am simply trying to insert my own pictures instead of the pictures that come with the template. I created a .jpg in Photoshop and named it slider1.jpg to replace the photo that there. However, when I preview my web page, this image does not show. The other images do. I was careful to size it 900×400 like the instruction said. Is there something else I should be doing here?

FamousThemes

Hi,

There thing are simple as posible.

I am pretty sure it’s a name problem on your side. Make sure photoshop is not exporting your jpg file with the CAPS .JPG format.

Make sure the name and extension are 100% the same in code as the image.

Okay, I am working on the page.html of this template and do not understand the specifics I need to add my own video to this page. I want to link it to the video icon and have it play in the pop-up window provided. Can you help me out with this one? I have a YouTube video I want to use.

FamousThemes

Hi,

Take the youtube video link and add it in this form inside the link

a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EhY58d4XLl8" rel="prettyPhoto[gallery]" title="Popup Video"......

So your video should be in this format

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EhY58d4XLl8

With http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= and followed by the ID of the video.

Regards.

Does this come with the PSD file?

FamousThemes

Hi,

Yes it contains a PSD file, with hidden layers for home, blog and gallery page sections.

Hi, right above the bottom widgets from the home page there is an horizontal like with a circle icon in the middle that has the initial names. I see the initial names from that icon are the sample ones “MS”. How can I change them and add my own initials? Thanks

FamousThemes

Hi,

You have an option in the admin to add any custom intials there.

See the input “Bottom divider name initials ” from the General tab, in the custom admin panel.

I am having a problem with the RSVP form. I won’t need a meal selection or RSVP information on anything but the Wedding Ceremony. However, I will need the information to go to three (3) email addresses. Right now, I have enter in my email address in the code, and when the form is submitted, I never get the email. Can you help? Below is my current code. They seems to be no apparent errort.

< session_start(); if(isset($_POST[‘submitted’])) {

$name = trim($_POST[‘name’]); $phone = trim($_POST[‘phone’]); $email = trim($_POST[‘email’]); $comment = trim($_POST[‘comment’]);

$emailTo = “piartis@sbcglobal.net”; $subject = ‘Contact message from ’.$name; $body = “Name: $name \n\n Email: $email \n\n Phone: $phone \n\n Message: $comment \n\n Event will be attending at:\n\n $event1 \n $event2 \n $event3 \n $event4 \n\n Main meal selection: $mainmeal \n\n Desert selection: $desert \n\n Menu notes: $menunotes \n\n Number of guests: $guests”; $headers = ‘From: ’. $name .’ <’.$email.’>’ . ”\r\n” . ‘Reply-To: ’ . $email; @mail($emailTo, $subject, $body, $headers); $emailSent = true; }>

Hi,

The code you posted is not correctly viewed.

The best way for us to test your code is by sending it using our email.

Contact us using the contact form on our profile page sidebar, and we will reply, so you can attach the modified file.

If you tell us exactly what fields you want to keep/ or add new, we will create a custom file, and test it for you for free.

Regards.
