Can someone please tell me how they got the Photo Album to work? I have added the feature image, but cannot figure out for the life of me to add the rest of the pictures to that ONE gallery. Do I have to add each picture one by one? I have 55 photos that I’d like to ONE gallery!

Can you show me your demo url to see why the thumbs are not apearing. I guess it’s a timthumb error. Try to disable timthumb from the custom admin panel to see if that is really the bug.
To create your gallery page you have 2 options
1. The custom post types unde the Photo Album tab in admin. See the HELP file to know how to add the images there.
2. The custom gallery option wordpress have. See the FAQ’s section here on item details page “How to create a gallery page” to know how to add images there.
The 1 option need each post created one by one. The 2 option allow you to drag multiple image once into wordpress media section and quickly upload more image, but the final gallery is simple looking http://famousthemes.com/marriage-wordpress/?page_id=234 not like the custom photo album page.

first of all, thanks for this great theme! Perhaps you could help me out with two small issues:
(1) If you touch the loupe in a picture of the “Photo Album” with the mouse a description with the tag <p_></p_> appears. In your Demo the first picture has the description: <p_> Small description for the photo <_p>. How can I remove the tag <p>?
(2) Moreover I would like to remove the share button (the heart beside the loupe in the picture). I don`t want people to share the pictures.

Hi, I don’t see the Countdown widget in my admin panel at all. I looked in the Theme options under widget for it but I only see options for: Enable Home Widget About Area: Enable Home Widget Center Area (3 col sections): Enable Name Initials Area: Enable Home Widget Bottom Area (Under the name initials):

Please reset the admin panel if you updated the theme. The widgets options will apear.
But Save/Store all the custom settings added in the custom admin panel before. Just those custom values added in that panel only. Not the post/pages content. Remember there is no automatically option to save those values, you will need to copy/paste them somewhere and insert them again after Reseting the admin panel.
Just installed the theme and am having tons of issues with it already. I even tried importing the demo content and the pages still dont look write. Yes I have reset my permalinks and yes all the CSS files are opened properly. the website I am working on is http://josephloveselizabeth.com/?page_id=296. Your page looks the way it should be.
The only things Wordpress does not import using XML files are the widgets.
So please drag the custom widgets into the home widget zone and they will look fine.
There is a new update available, please update the theme files.

New Updates -20 May 13 – Theme version 3.0
Just updated the theme with:
1. Some core and layout code optimizations
2. Options to translate the comments form and layout (using the .po languages file)
3. Update the coundown widget to support a custom hour as final hour, and not the default 24:00 midnight. So you can add a custom hour also in the custom admin options for the coundown to stop.
4. Update the contact form to support a phone input option and another custom one.
5. Options to edit the “read more” button in the custom About adn Text widgets
6. Rebuild the functionality of the Photo Album page.
6.A Remove the ajax filtering effect and build the filters as normal categories, improving the functionality of pagination.
6.B Added a custom archive page for the photo album post types.
6.C Added a custom single page for the photos. When clicking the link icon the photos will have their own single page with details and social icons.
How to update the theme from older versions
1. Download the archive again, it’s free, from your themeforest account.
2. Replace the files of the theme from your server. If you don’t made modifications to the old file you have.
3. Save/Store all the custom settings added in the custom admin panel. Just those custom values added in that panel only. Not the post/pages content. Remember there is no automatically option to save those values, you will need to copy/paste them somewhere and insert them again after Reseting the admin panel.
4. RESET the custom admin panel from the RESET tab. This way you will see the new option in the panel.

Since doing the update, in Internet Explorer, The About Us widgets have an issue displaying correctly.
The pictures show square and ontop of the circle frames. Is there a quick way to fix this?

Additionally, Since the update, in Internet Explorer all the submit buttons have a theme based border around the button and The dropdown menus take forever to appear.

It’s just in some IE versions round CSS corners are not suported. There I can do nothing.

After doing the update, I’m having issues with getting my homepage to work properly. I have followed the documentation by creating a page and setting the Page Attributes Template option to ‘Home Page’ but it still doesn’t display the homepage layout as it should when I go to the root domain?? What am I doing wrong?

And select “A static page (select below)” the page you just created as home page.

I just checked in on a website of mine using this theme to do some content updates. for whatever reason now, images in the center page widget areas are not showing, even though the URLs are correct and images ARE in the system:

Nice implementation BTW, I like the colors/feel of the website.
When trying to access the image url separately on the browser I get the Page not found error. But I can see the image is there.
So:
1. Try to save again the custom permanlink option in the admin. Meaning to reset the permanlink.
2. Try to disable timthumb from the admin to see if the images show up after, and enable it again.
If none will fix it reply back.

Yes on full widht page to create layouts sections you need to use the layout shortcodes available in the editor. The small blue icons in the editor options.
In editor for example you should have for a full width section
[fullcontent title="Full width title"].....your content here.....[/fullcontent]Regards.

Did you add the code above with the <?php tags also ? Or you have just showed me this way.
functions.php files usually have php tag opened at the begining of the file and that all.
Just tested the code for your, works fine.
Just use it without the php tags at the end and bottom, and do not put it inside a function code inside the file, put it between functions code. Not to mess up the code there

do I need a host site or can I load this theme directly into my wordpress. Wordpress support says it does not allow custom themes.

Yes you need Wordpress installed on a host. Not the online wordpress.com accounts.
