Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to disable the tags for the menu items. We plan on using the feature in the future, but right now we just need to get a website up and will edit the menus later. If you could let me know what file needs to be modified to disable for now that would be great. Thank you!

Hi again. It’s my third time (with this theme) I install WP from scratch and get same error, “Warning: Illegal string offset …”, inside theme options. I have 32 more WP site running on same machine so I have to exclude apache or mysql error. The last time I downloaded a new copy from themeforest and unzipped so I was sure that nothing in zip file was corrupt. I added a picture from theme options so you can see.

I think your wordpress debug mode set as true instead of false. Please check that and let me know.
Ok, I found it, I have turn apache php display error to on and override all ini settings. Sorry for the confusion.
on the menu pages is it possible to have them not link to their actual page? and to adjust the description length?

Hi I just installed your theme and am having touble getting the slider to work. Is there any specific order I have to do things in for it to work? I have used other sliders before with no trouble.

Make sure you don’t select the frontpage from them dashboard>settings>reading leave it to your latest posts and select homepage from theme options panel.

Yes add .logo img { max-width:100%; } in css somewhere. Regarding slider go to slider folder and edit ei-slider.php file and in first line see
$slidelimit = get_option('atp_eilidelimitt') ? get_option('atp_eilidelimitt') : '3';atp_eilidelimitt there is a double tt in limit remove one t in 2 places and it will be fixed.
The inner pages will not show the custom widgets that I added when selected and saved.
Also not sure how to get the Full Menu list. I used the foodmenu shortcode but get the message “Sorry but we could not find what you were looking for. But don’\t give up, keep at it”
Can you email me the URL and WP Logins so that i can see whats wrong you are doing. Make sure you have added the food menu items and select the categories while inserting the shortcode.

Yes its there in the shortcodes generator.
I can’t get the slider to work. It says “loading”, but it’s doing nothing.
Images don’t show either!
For instance in the template_menu.php you refer to echo ‘’; on line 43, but there is no image directory in the theme and in the images directory there is no no-image.png file.
What the problem of the other images is I don’t know.

Just bought this theme. Having trouble locating the documentation to get started. Please advise. Thanks in advance. And is there a Support page or do we just work off these comments if we run into issues?
There is a documentation folder in the package n contact me through my profile page contact form.
The Documentation folder only included 1) an asset folder, 2) css folder, 3) index.html file, and 4) js folder. None of which include the documentation of importing any of the data.
If you scroll down in the last you will find details on point #17 please check again. I have downloaded and cross checked the documentation

I have one more slider question. Is it possible that you can click on the black bar to go to another page? Now you have to click on the image to go to another page.
Which slider are you using?
It’s the Ei Slider.
That’s not possible with the to click on black bar but if you click on the image it will take you to diff page or post or custom link etc.
I Just downloaded the Mataam theme and i tried uploading it to my WP site and the error I am getting is “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” please help.

I downloaded and installed the theme as per your instructions however when I try to update or install plugins I get the error message: ‘Download Failed. Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable.’
We have other wordpress sites on the same server that do not have the same error, so I don’t think it’s a server side error.

Its not related to either theme too the message itself explains that might be the directory is not writable. If you can email me the WP Logins i will take a look at whats wrong.

Check your email I have replied to it.
Couple things.
1. The Ei slider only seems to play through the slides once, then just stops on the last slide.
2. None of the sorting options make any difference in the menu
1) I will check it out and let you know.
2)Sorting order displays only on the menu category display not on the list items.
