please help me to understand. For what do you use those admin templates?

I was asking myself where to use this because it looks so nice. Wordpress? sorry for my basic question but I have to ask once.

MARUTI

This admin template is a used as an admin panel for your site, your app, or anything you like, its working as a backend side of the site or app. & this is only HTML no need to make it in Wordpress. :)

I have the same question as Pedro. How do you connect to the data sources? Is there a provision for this, or must it be coded by the user? Settings in the preview is not functional.

Hi,

Great template! I would love it even more if it had a user profile page :).

Thanks!

MARUTI

will added in next update.

Just looks like a slightly modified copy of Metronic...

MARUTI

Its a way different man!!! how you can say like this, not a single point is like metronic. think before write the comment.

Awesome job!

MARUTI

Thank you very much!!!

very nicely crafted :) GLWS bro.

MARUTI

Thank you so much!!!

Really nice template, one of the best I’ve seen for a dashboard frontend, everything is cleverly designed, and I like the simplicity of it, yet it looks impressive.

Regards

MARUTI

Thank you so much for the kind words!!! Glad you like it!!! & purchase it!!! :)

It seems that your DataTable example is broken. Have you tested all features or just copied/pasted the JS from somewhere?

MARUTI

Working fine now!!! and i have made it through datatable plugin jquery so, you can easily modified it.

Is there any easy way to remove or by default minimize the left menu?

MARUTI

yes you can easily remove it, please find the #sidebar in a matrix.css line no 141 and replace it with display:block to display:none; & if you want the content area in a full width then remove the margin from left. from line no: 196 in matrix.css for more help you can mail me, so i can help you better. Thanks for purchase :)!!!

You mentioned PHP. I don’t see PHP listed anywhere in the details. Do I have to use PHP with this template? I’d rather not.

Thanks

MARUTI

Mate where i mention PHP?, it is just a Static HTML version, you can do whatever you want with this.

You mentioned PHP in your answer to trcim in another question posting.

Hi,

Excellent design. Looks amazing for my application dashboard. But I’ve just got one little issue (nothing major).

See the fancy select form on http://themedesigner.in/demo/matrix-admin/form-common.html?

How do I replicate that? I can’t seem to turn boring select fields to fancy ones :(

MARUTI

Thanks for the kind words really appreciate!!!

you only need to put three things

1) uniform.css put it on a header 2) jquery.uniform.js put it on bottom of the page where all js included 3) matrix.form_common.js put it on bottom of the page where all js included

please let me know if you have any query. thanks,

Default-user

Perfect! That worked I charm. I had a typo that didn’t load the form_common file.

Thanks again!

Dude your domain has expired for the demo? :(

Very nice template. I am considering purchasing this however I am having a problem with your online demo.

When viewing on an iPhone 5 in landscape mode, the sidebar submenu has some buggy behavior. For example, after clicking on Forms, the submenu flashes before it stays visible. Once visible, if I click on a submenu item (e.g., Basic Form, Form With Wizard, etc.) nothing happens: navigation seems to be broke. Same is true for the other submenus: Addons and Error.

MARUTI

hey mate,

Thanks for the kind words, i’ll solve it in next update!!!!

Thanks again for marking me.

MARUTI

Mate, here is the solution for it,

please replace this class in matrix login.css,

#loginbox .main_input_box .add-on{ padding:0px 15px; height:38px; line-height:39px; font-size:13px; *line-height:31px; color:#fff; vertical-align:top; margin-bottom:0px; display:inline-block;} #loginbox .main_input_box input{ padding:9px 7px; font-size:13px; max-height:30px; border:0px; display:inline-block; width:75%; line-height:18px; margin-bottom:0px;} please let me know if you have any query.

Thanks

Having issues in mobile Safari as well (replicatable in regular Safari at a small width as well) where there’s extra padding on the right. How can this be fixed in the CSS?

MARUTI
make this changes in matrix-media.css on line no:60 #user-nav{ margin:0px auto; top:-31px; border-top:none; width:230px; left:-3%; text-align:center; float:none;}<code> </code>

Once again, I cannot say enough how pleased I am with this theme. I’m developing a child case management app and your theme has sped up my development time a lot and has allowed me to focus on coding. Thank you!

I’ve come across something that I had to fix and thought that it might be useful for others if they are using jQuery 1.9+

In the matrix.login.js file the jQuery.browser object is used to detect Internet Explorer versions below 10, since they do not support the HTML5 attribute ‘placeholder’. I use jQuery 1.9 and will periodically update jQuery as new versions are released. However, jQuery has deprecated this object and removed it from version 1.9+.

The method I am using now relies on feature detection instead of browser/version detection. Since I am only interested in swapping in the placeholder text in browsers that do not support the placeholder attribute, I am using this:

var elem = document.createElement('input');
if ('placeholder' in elem === false) {
// This is where the placeholder text swapping code goes...
}

instead of this:

if ($.browser.msie == true && $.browser.version.slice(0,3) < 10) {
// This is where the placeholder text swapping code goes...
}

Thanks for your theme and thanks for your time.

This is not fully compatible with IE8 and please consider full migration to jquery 1.9 or use jQuery Migrate plugin. Great theme need to be update.

MARUTI

Hey mate, i have used 1.9 and theme is compatible with ie8 can you explain more what is not working?

Hi, Excellent template!

I just have two questions.

1. I managed to trace the demo notification on the dashboard to a JS file called matrix.interface.js, I obviously want to remove that sample so my question is, can I remove completely the reference to that file or do I need to keep it and only erase the line of code that calls for the notification?

2. Does your calendar use the FullCalendar plugin? Because I need to connect that calendar through AJAX to my database.

Thanks!!!

MARUTI

1.Yes, you need to remove the complete code from matrix.interface.js from line no:43 to 73 2.Yes i have used full calender plugin js so you can connect with ajax. if you want more help about calender please visit : http://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/docs/

Please let me know if any query.

Thanks

Hello,

Our site is hosted using SSL for security. When using IE, you get the ‘Only secure content is displayed’ due to the Google font – <link href=’http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,700,800' rel=’stylesheet’ type=’text/css’>.

Please can you advise how we can upload this font to our server locally? I tried to do it using the link above and saving it as a new CSS file but that did not work. Maybe the name of the font/style would be useful to find and install directly from Google.

Many thanks,

Tom

MARUTI

Hey mate!!!

please check this site, you just need to upload ttf file and download the css and font folder and use it as per the instruction.

Please let me know if you have any query.

Hi, I have a small situation. I was just wondering, when you have a submenu in the right navigation, how do you leave the submenu open when one of the items in that submenu has been clicked. I’ve tried adding the “active” class but it only changes the background.

Thankyou.

MARUTI

Hi,

Mate it need some custom coding, if you know html & java script you can do it.

please let me know on my email if you need custom coding.

Thanks :)

Hi,

Thanks again for the great template. Quick question, the ‘Charts & Graphs’ page on the default template has the ‘Turning-series chart’ and the ‘Bar chart’ on it. I like the tooltips on the ‘Bar chart’ but would also like to use these on the other chart on my page. When I add another tooltip in exactly the same as the first chart, neither of the tooltips work. When I remove the second tooltip again, the first one works again. Maybe this is some sort of name conflict between the two?

Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks,

Tom

MARUTI

Hey mate,

may be this link can help you : https://github.com/krzysu/flot.tooltip, if you want more help visit this site: http://www.flotcharts.org/flot/examples/
