Hello, I have a question on this theme. When I see this theme on a mobile device the menu wraps over several times rather than become a drop down (which I have seen in many other response themes). Is this a bug? Can I see the menu in a drop-down if I open the site on say an iPhone?

Is the wocommerce category widget’s presentation able to be tuned? Currently my side, ink.talentsoft.com has no hierarchy on the category even though each model number is the child of the brand. The widget right now just lists all my categories. Is this a theme pack issue or a woocommerce deal?
Also can I format the css of this caetegory side bar?

You are installing the wrong file. As explained in the documentation, you have to upload “maya.zip”, not the archive you downloaded from themeforest.
Hello, I just bought this theme. Can you please share capabilities around product pictures on product detail page. I don’t see any zoom capability and capability around organizing pictures if I have many product pictures…they all seem to show up as thumbnails. I’m thinking of purchasing this theme. I have two questions before I go ahead.
1. Since this uses the wooCommerce shopping platform, are we able to add in the “Canada Post” and “Fed Ex” plugins? I realize you have to purchase these separately, but want to make sure they are compatible.
2. The items I sell require many many different options as they are very customized. For example:
Custom question 1 – Please choose from these options: (list 15 colours)
Custom question 2 – Please choose from these options: (list 30 colours)
Custom question 3 – Please choose from these options: (list 15 colours)
Size – 6 options
Is this easy to do with your theme? Does it display nicely on the customers end? From what I can tell, it is easy and pretty, but I just want to make sure.

2. What do you mean with “custom question”? You can create unlimited options, sure.
I´m making some changes in my footer area. But when I select “Big footer + two columns” as the footer type, then can´t change neither the “Big Footer Widget Areas” nor the “Number of widgets in each footer Widget Area”, which are set forced to 3 and 4 respectively in the bars.
How can I change that?

wow i placed a review of your theme here and you flagged it as inappropriate. was it because i stated that you do not provide the appropriate support for the main feature of your theme? or is it because i also stated that i am appalled that after a month of trying to get the suport your own devs could only tell me that i might find my answers on GOOGLE?
you might not like that i am not singing praises about your theme here, but the fact is that i purchased it only to find out that in depth support for your most significant feature is not available?

if you dont want people from seeing that then make a difference and change your support ethics. Offer support for features you incorporate into your themes.
we marked as inappropriate your comments because your complaints are unfounded. You have NO issues with the Layer Slider but you need to configure the slider. Our policy says clearly:
Support includes installation guidance, bugs fixing, and general problem solving with features explained on the theme’s official sales page. Support does not include:
- solving problems for plugins not packaged with our framework and themes;
- plugins integration;
- general WordPress support (please use the WordPress forums for that);
- adding new features or extending the features currently available;
- changing colors and/or images;
- any type of modification or customization.
As you wrote within the ticket:
“it is not a plugin issue, this was the first thing i ever set up and it hasnt worked even with no plugins installed.”
So you don’t need support for bugs but you need help in customize the settings of the slider. We provided the documentation of the plugin and suggested to ask help to the LayerSlider’s developers. What else?
Moreover the real reply of our support isn’t “we’re busy with our works” but “We are already busy with our works and unfortunatly we haven’t time to make this configuration for you, also for a fee. I’m sorry.”
Nowhere we’ve written that we can provide support for third-party products and keep in mind that the support is not included with the price of the issue but is a service that we offer for free to our customers.
Please, before to submit comments like these, try to understand all the work that is behind the lines to provide quality products.

Is Mayashop designed to work seamlessly with Woocommerce? I’m sure it is but it’s good to hear first hand.
I have only a very simple range of products, actually one product with two variations at the moment, and wonder if Mayashop is really designed for extensive/multiple/more complex product ranges.
Sorry is that: sure – Mayashop was designed for more complex product lines or: sure – Mayashop is good for one or two products as well?
Hi, I just purchased the maya theme and the last theme I bought I believe I just uploaded the zip file to wordpress, is that the correct way? I’ve seen some comments about the need to activate the theme. Do I need to do that first?

Great theme! Having an issue seeing my woocommerce shop categories be seen in IE only in Maya Shop, its fine on other browsers. Single products are fine on IE even, strictly the categories shortcode in IE. Is there a fix for this? Everything else is working fine, unfortunately I need this shortcode to work! I have been reading that it might be a CSS conflict with maya, but I wanted to find out from the source!
