HI

Is there anyone other than me who have problems with a “rather slow support”?

I have trouble downloading new updates, and have written to suppoert. The first time I got answers and here second time nothing happens.

This is not particularly satisfactory.

Hi Sara I really like your theme but I’m having one problem. I’ve set sidebar to Left in the Theme options, and it works fine on pages. But when I create a menu from Product category the sidebar is positioned on the right. How can I fix this? I am using woocommerce 1.65 for e commerce. Can I adjust this somehow in the Woocommerce options?

Hi again Sara, if I update to the new version that is compatible with woo commerce 2.0.4, will it maintain all the formatting that I did to your theme? I’m worried that I am going to lose hours of customization work? Thanks!

You don’t lose the customization you made in the theme options panel. If you changed the theme files like the style.css or other files, you will lose the changes.

Hi, great theme but one issue. We have updated to the latest woocommerce, wordpress and maya theme and all works well except the shop pagination.

How hard is it to make the website into a regular Wordpress…. I see you have a “Corp. (no shop)” example. Is that based on widgets or something?

What do you mean with “regular wordpress”? This is a wordpress theme, if you don’t want to use it like a shop not install the woo commerce plugin and then you can use it as a corporate or portfolio site. Yes, we use widgets and shortcodes in each page :)

I am looking to get some help for a paid fee to get a clean install of this theme and the latest woo commerce installed also. I am not a developer but have average understanding of Wordpress. I have hosted space all ready and domain name registered. I want to be at a stage where’s just have to insert images of products and product info. Can you point me in the right direction?

After getting my account back on yithemes i seem to always have this issue:

“Remote authentication failed: User is invalid: External has already been taken.”

Hi Sara, I seem to be in a little situation. I have accidentally deleted the checkout page from my wordpress site. I have created a new page, however, I can’t seem to link the cart page to the checkout page. When I click “Proceed to checkout”, I am led to a blank page.

Maya used to have a great support till you sold it or moved it onto the new support platform. Yes the response to ticket time is ridiculous and the theme has gone down the hill since woocommerce update. I have ticket open for a week now and nothing has improved. Since the problem isn’t getting solved I’ve asked for refund but no one has bothered even answering my request. Thanks very much whoever is responsible. I really though Maya was amazing till the new updates came. Nothing displays right and I’m getting one fatal error after another. Sorry to say this really I think it was a brilliant platform but you guys should take some responsibility if you’d like to keep selling this theme.

Also, we can’t provide a refund for our themes on themeforest. If you want a refund you have to ask it here, open a ticket to the Themeforest staff and try.

I have just now received another message from “your happy user” who had to delete everything upload old Maya version and old woocommerce version in order to restore their shop. I call this a total mess.

In appearance—> menu, if I set the menu as a page, I am allowed to include a sidebar but i cannot include a sort by dropdown box. But if i set the menu as a product category, it shows a sort by dropdown box but I cannot include a sidebar. How can i include both a sort by dropdown and a sidebar?
