Now I want to send support ticket but the system ask me to activate my theme again.
When I did it, the system keep on asking me to activate it.
This key is already activated.
When I want to ask for support, they keep asking me to activate my theme.
The thing goes on and on while I badly need support from you guys.

1. Is the header area widgetized, please?
2. Has the latest update got Gravity Forms, please (it isn’t listed in the updates, just Compare and Zoom)? If not, when will Maya have it?
3. Is there a maximum number of images you can have on a gallery/portfolio page?
4. With and without a sidebar, what is the maximum number of products you can have on shop pages, please?
5. Can you change the price badge image?
6. Can the Add to Wishlist and Compare buttons be changed, please – different colour, different button, different text?
7. Can you give access to someone’s wishlist in the Header or the black top bar where there is Login?
8. Can the Search box be moved inside the header?

I bought your theme for my shop. I have few questions :
1- I’d like to have no borders in categories thumbnails,
2- I have a problem with the photograph in product details. The photograph is compressed horizontally and I don’t know how to correct that.
3- In the category section I’d like to have the product on the entire width. I mean without widget at all.

Hi, I’ve raised 2 help tickets, on 25th May 1pm. Currently 27th May 12:35 pm. Plus posted in forums.
Nothing back yet. Do you guys not offer support over weekends?
Just need to know, as it’s a bit frustrating checking forums every 12 hours to see that tickets haven’t even been assigned.
If you don’t offer weekend support, can you advise as such? So I can stop trying to finish up over weekend if it’s pointless?
Site looks good, quite robust, as am moving over to WP from dreamweaver, finding this very smooth overall. Would only suggest that instead of having customer raise separate help request tickets AND forum posts, isn’t the best idea.
If, instead of help tickets, people put help request in forum posts firstly, and you answer as much as possible in the forum help posting, then other customers / users can search these to try & find solutions if you guys aren’t responding.
In the support policy we are clear: we provide support from monday to friday.

I have been trying to get support from Woothemes but they are not answering my support ticket for 4 days and im dissapointed.
I wanted to be able to create a product in your shop cart that has some options for the product to purchase.
For example i create a product for $50 then i want to have some extra options for that product eg…. Extended Warranty $30, Extra Controller $60. I would like the price to update if the end user selects any of the extras as well.
Finally the user should be able to select a quantity of each extra they choose.
I cannot seem to configure this type of product in your shop cart.

Maya is a wonderful theme. It’s great to experiment with.
How do I place ratings under thumbnails, e.g. on shop pages or in widgets, please?
Where is the option to add borders and shadows to images, please?
Does the child theme go in the same directory as the main Maya folder or in the Maya folder, please?
In the same directory of Maya folder, inside Themes.
For the ratings, you have to use the Woo Commerce widgets “top rated” or “last ratings” to show the products rating.
For the border and shadows in the product thumbnails, in Theme options > General > SHop > Style for products list > set traditional instead ribbon.
Regarding the ratings, you previously said there were more options than that, including a shortcode, so ratings could appear anywhere the product’s thumbnail did. How do I do that, please?
Wordpress recommend setting up a chid theme to make changes to the theme so that changes are not lost when updates are installed. Should I set up a separate child or does the folder maya-child that resides in the main maya theme folder have any relevance. How best to proceed to set up a child theme?
