Hi, this afternoon my dashboard was showing an update was available so I downloaded the theme files onto my laptop and then did an ftp transfer of the unzipped maya folders to my web server. That was 2 hours ago and the dashboard is still showing there is an update available, and the version is still 2.0.0. Have you any idea why this should be?

I don’t know. Just checked and the version available on themeforest is the 2.0.1.

Try to download again the theme and check the changelog inside the theme.

Hi Sara, I’ve checked the version on the changelog in my download and see that it shows version 2.0.1. I have tried twice to upload the the web server using Filezila with the upload set to over-write. Despite this the changelog is still showing version 2.0.0. Any thoughts?

Hey :-)... thinking about buying your really beautyful theme. Haven’t seen any drop down menus for size and color in the demo of the detailed product view. Are drop down menus on that level for size and color included?

For the moment we don’t have this feature in Maya, so yes, for the moment i suggest you to use a plugin. But i don’t know any plugins for this…check on Codecanyon :)

Hi!

I’m trying to install it onto godaddy (via wordpress), I bought another theme from you before and it was amazingly easy. But this one, I couldn’t find any VDO, documents for how to install. I have been looking for hour and couldn’t find it. Would you mind guide me through this? thank you!

In the documentation we explain how to install the theme:

1) upload maya.zip in Apperance > themes or

2) upload the maya folder inside the wp-content/themes directory using an ftp software

I have a problem with the shopping car. In the page, where the client can put in the data, I get this error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /var/www/web669/html/mecosmeo.com/test/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/classes/shipping/local-pickup/class-wc-shipping-local-pickup.php on line 112

I think, this is a problem from the memory_limit. I have a limit from 64mb. Normally this is enought! How much do I need for MAYA????

Or do you have any other Ideas??

I have been using your theme for quite a while and so far have been very happy with it. I just installed your new version and have begun to have some serious issues with it. Usually, I have 3-5 sales a day, but now have had zero for days. One issue I can see is that the magnifier is simply a mess and does not work. How do I just turn it off and go back to the pop image viewer?

Sorry for the negativity, but I believe you may have rolled out this version with some untested items that cause online ecommerce shops like myself to have issues with concerned customers.

I just updated Maya to the newest version.

It required a few plugins which I installed and activated. One of the required plugins, WooCommerce Advanced Ajax Layered Navigation, now shows that it needs to be updated, but it’s a plugin I have to buy in order to update?

The update message for the plugin: “There is a new version of WooCommerce Advanced Ajax Layered Navigation available. View version 1.2.5 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To enable updates for this WooThemes product, please activate your license.” (Clicking the link to the 1.2.5 details just ends in an internal server error) I have Version 1.2.0.

I don’t want to buy the plugin, how do I make the ‘update available’ notification go away on my wordpress dashboard or am I forever stuck with the update notification until I purchase this plugin?
