Hi, Im trying to activate my them on http://yithemes.com/theme-activation/ as I need some technical support, but it is asking for an item purchase code. What is this? I have not specific information for item reference in themeforest nor can I find anything in the e mail purchase confirmation I received. Please advise

Hello, Sara_p, Please find some issues from your side, may be we do something wrong – when doing customized some pages ! [ maya v2.0.1 ]

1- Add product gallery images ( Disappear del (x) Delete image Option not available after adding images in gallery

2- Theme Options > Color > When click to color drop icon have issue to change color coverd with lines so not able to select change color option

3- Products > Product ID – Edit – Quick Edit – Trash – View – Duplicate Options some time available – mostly disappear

4- Products details pages ( Single page ) price tag not display specially when variations products select - Appear for a second and then disappear automatically

we are not 100% sure, these problems are due to some local server issues or may be real issues with theme…

Hi folks,

I’m having an issue with the product images on the category pages. I’m expecting 3 image per row, but on the 2nd row, the 2nd and 3rd column product image is being pushed and dropped to the 3rd row leaving only 1 product image on the 2nd row.

I have tried reducing the catalog images width in Woocommerce>Catalog>Image Options settings and perform a regenerate but problem persists.

I am trying to update the Maya Theme.

I have followed the instructions & downloaded, found the folder with style.css, zipped it up and uploaded it through the admin panel.

I have received the following error message,

The package could not be installed. The style.css stylesheet doesn’t contain a valid theme header.

Please advise asap.

Hi, we have a problem with the MayaShop theme in Mac chrome.

The theme works just fine in Firefox and Safari, but when browsing in Chrome on Mac, it switches to responsive view incorrectly, i.e. that intended for a mobile device.

You can see this happen on our staging site here : http://dotelondon.com.s163952.gridserver.com/

Browse the pages on the main nav, inc ‘blog’, running Google Chrome browser and you should see the issue.

We have just updated to the latest version of the theme, and have also tested with stripping out all our custom CSS.

Any updates I make in my Dashboard do not seem to be reflected in the site. The Nivo slider is now a static image though all settings are to have 4 rotating images and it worked before. I delete a page or change the parent page to move it around and the changes do not reflect on the site.

You have to upload maya.zip, as explained in the documentation. What do you zipped?

You have only to open the zip you downloaded from themeforest, find maya.zip and upload this archive.

I cannot update the maya site.

I have downloaded the wordpress maya theme.

Found the maya folder, zipped it up and tried to upload through Wordpress admin.

I found the folder with style.css – jigoshop. Zipped it up. Installed through Wordpress admin

Tried to change the ribbon cart colors under: ///Design/Colors/Ribbon Cart Hover///

No reactions on colors changes at all… even my changes for the topbar for example work fine. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, 1. probably you’re using a page with “faq” as permalink. You need to use a page with a different permalink. 2. You need to use a Icon Text widget and choose the icon from the select within the widget.
