On the Maya shop demo, the zoom feature for catalog images shows a close-up of a small area. Currently, the site I’m working on has a much larger zoom window, and so it doesn’t zoom in as close-up on the image. I’ve tried changing settings in a few places, but either I get a smaller zoom area AND a smaller zoom image, or nothing changes at all.

How do I change it so that there is a smaller area on the catalog image being zoomed into, so that there is more detail in the zoomed image?

Hello, I’m using Shopp Plugin on my site. Shopp comes with templates. I need the .php file for full-width pages of the Maya to make these templates full-width instead of default? Which file php is the full-width page?

Yes, but you need to create yourself the rtl css.

Do any of your themes have an option to change product colouts on the shop menus? (Those pages where all the product images are displayed – not the individual product images)

Actually you can have only a drop down but I think within the WooCommerce store you can find some extensions about that.

Hi, On the home page, “ADD TO CART” button shows up from the bottom when you roll over a product. I dont know why it does not show now. Is there a setting somewhere I might have turned off? I did not install any other plugins. Or could it be a css problem?

Hi, I’ve updated all the files of the latest update but can’t get the “compare” function to work. I’ve activated it and it shows up in the WooCommerce settings but it still doesn’t show. What am i missing?

Also after I updated the files I now get a circle sale icon on all of my thumbnails. How do I get rid of this when I don’t want the product to be a sale item?

Hi, you forgot to answer my question :) – After I updated the files I now get a circle sale icon on all of my thumbnails. How do I get rid of this when I don’t want the product to have a sale item icon? All my products have ‘select options’ on them if that make any difference.

Also, is there a way to limit people selecting more than one item when they press ‘Add to cart’? I may only have one product for sale so I want to limit customers to only select the amount I want.

For the first question i suggest you to open a ticket in the support area, is a strange issue. For the second question, for each product in the tab “inventory” you can set the stock.

The portfolio page on mayashop is only showing 10 items on the page, while there are more items places within admin.

This happens when lay-out ‘filterable’ is selected.

Hi Sara, I have had many issues and problems with my site since the latest upgrade, even though I did not edit any of the files and all changes were made in theme options. But still lots of things have broken. I opened a ticket – #12518 – on monday night and i haven’t heard back and it is very URGENT!! I need my site live ASAP. Hi, you can do that from Woocommerce -> Settings.

if i buy this, do i need to buy the woo ecommerce plug in, what esle do i need to buy to make this work. also does this run with latest version of wp? is it lighter than magento?

Hi lame22, you don’t need to buy anything. Woocommerce and the plugins required are released for free. Once you bought the theme, a message in your admin area will notice you what you need.

Of course Woocommerce is lighter than Magento but mostly depends from your needs.
