Hi,

I just purchased this theme and it looks awful on my iphone.

Is it not responsive? It is odd that this theme can do so much and yet it looks awful on iPhones and iPads.

Hi, Is it possible to get rid of the registerform on the My Account page? I want my webshop to be accesable only to customers who have a login. But on the login page (My Account) there is also the possibility to register. And when you register, there is a free acces to the shop. Thank you! Karin

1) Social icons can be used with shortcodes, in this manner: [social href=”#” type=”facebook”]. Just put them where you need to use.

Hi all ! Great Theme !

I need a help: On my website the logged user is still logged when he returns… How can I change it ? I was logged and when I returned 24 hours later I was still logged in !! I think the logged user after some time without working something like 10 minutes … at his account, he must be automatically logged off by the store… forced logout as other websites work… The other question is: There is an option in the store which is maintain the stock for X minutes. It´s not working for me. I´m using Maya + woocommerce. Thanks ARTUR

Hello I am intereded in buying your theme.
I need to hide the products from the clients, they need to sign in before they can see the products. Does your theme do that? These features need to work 100%

- Invisible Products until customer is logged in his account. This needs to apply for mobile devices or computer. Can we do that?
- Customer Registration need to be approval by office staff before customer can view the products. Can we do that?
If you theme can not do it, can you help us instal it? How much would you charge us?

Considering this is the most expensive theme I have ever bought from themeforest, I expected the support to be a bit better than it has been. I last heard from someone on Saturday regarding an issue I had a problem with on Friday. I sent an email on Monday saying thanks and am still awaiting a reply from a level 2 support member.

The latest update fixed my issue, but I wasn’t (and still haven’t been) notified of this. Very bad customer service.

Our system notify the update to your system when ThemeForest approve it and above all even ThemeForest send a mail to your account notifying the update.

Hi, I appreciate they may need more than a day but it was over 5 business days before someone replied. I meant I wasn’t notified as in the Level 2 support person could have just said sorry for the delay but the most recent update fixes this problem. But I wasn’t notified until 2 days after the update (when I had said I had fixed it myself). Not great for a $60 theme as I said before.

Hey, is there any way to create a product and assign only one method of payment?

Let’s say i have two methods of payments right now (Bank transfer and Paypal), and i want to add a new product but only accept Paypal payments on that one.

Hello, WooCommerce doesn’t support this feature, I’m sorry. You could try to submit a ticket to WooThemes developers and ask them if there is an available plugin to do that.

Hi, I googled a method online to display 9 products on one page (add_filter( ‘loop_shop_per_page’, create_function( ’$cols’, ‘return 9;’ ), 20 );). Some how the pagination duplicates. Even after I changed back to what it was, the problem remains. Any ideas? http://tiny.cc/p3xm1w Cheers.
