The first tab shows all the content for all 4 tabs. (1,2,3,4) Then when I click to the next tab, it shows just the content for (2,3,4), then the next (3,4), then the next shows just (4). Then when you click back through, it works correctly. The content for each tab doesn’t show by itself until you click on every tab. I’ve double checked the shortcode several times and I can’t seem to find the error?

Is there a way to disable “No Rating” from displaying on the products until they actually get ratings? I didn’t want to disable ratings but just have it not show until someone actually leaves a rating for the product.
Maya / Woocommerce with points rewards bug.
When a product don’t have variation price the woocommerce points rewards display bellow product price and title (fine).
When have multiple price display under product variation with the variation price and points rewards, all bold, with same font.
The ideal is different size to understand what is points and what is product price.
Is this a bug?

When is the Yith Woo Magnifier going to be fixed?! You removed the scrolling product gallery from the theme (meaning everything except featured image opens in lightbox) but dont update the magnifier.
So now having had that function (and Im imagining most of the theme developer’s clients LIKED that function) it suddenly disappears…

tried it and the magnifier works, but at the same time makes the featured image look terrible I must obviously add a bigger image to allow for the zoom. However when I add a bigger image it means that without the zoom function – when the user is just looking at the featured product image, it only shows the small portion of the image that fits in that frame (as it is a BIGGER image for the zoom)
I seem to spend a lot of time telling you about your bugs…maybe you should think about taking on some beta testers…because Im tired of it.

The Mayashop theme looks great, however I am unable to add product images to the gallery and have had a support ticket running for over a month now with no resolution. I keep being told that a new update with a fix for the issue will be available, but all requests for a timescale have been met with silence. My site has been down for over a month now, as I cannot add products, so I’m afraid I’m having to give a two star rating for lack of functionality as an ecommerce site. Is anyone else having this problem with being unable to add image galleries to products and got a fix for it?

As stated above, I did open a ticket and it took over a month to solve the problem! I am now finally able to add product images, but now the “love it, share it” text on products has disappeared, so the ticket is still ongoing. I was also told that it was not possible to make any of the header text bold or italic without extensive knowledge of code and that you couldn’t help with this ‘customisation’. I would have thought making something bold would have been the easiest thing in the world. I do think Mayashop looks great, but is definitely not for beginners! I’ve build an ecommerce site with Wordpress before and it was very easy, but I’ve really struggled with this theme and my site has been down for nearly two months now whilst I wait for responses to support tickets.

Following on from ‘fidgit’’s post above, Sara can you confirm the scrolling product gallery has deliberately been removed from the theme following the updates made for Woo 2.1?
I have always had the zoom magnifier disabled, the scrolling gallery was just fine. It looks unprofessional now to have a single image open in a lightbox, with forward and backward arrows but no ability to actually move through multiple images.
Please try to provide some detail in your answer rather than asking me to raise a ticket, because I do not have an activated theme associated with my login on here. I purchased a site and the dev of that site has the activation associated to him.
We sent an update of the magnifier plugin, you can update it to fix the issue
Hi Sara, thanks for the reply, but the main point of my question was this: have you removed the scrolling gallery from this theme on purpose? I’m talking about the functionality that used to happen prior to the updates, when the Magnifier was disabled. If you had a product gallery under those conditions, clicking on an image would open a lightbox and you could then scroll through all images using forward / back buttons.
Now what happens is, you click on a image, and only that image opens. The forward / back buttons are still there, but clicking them does nothing. This smells of a bug. Either way, it doesn’t look good.
Can you confirm this is a bug, or have you removed this feature? The way it works now is very odd.
Woo Commerce changed something in the last update so now we have to send another update to fix the issues with our plugin. We not removed the feature, is a js conflict with the new features of woo commerce

ask the developers to implement what I have been requesting, i do not wish to file a ticket as very few were ever answered in past, so i figure it is better if you ask the developers to implement the hooks so the theme is compatible with the plugin as it is a plugin I use and need to make site faster, but because theme is not yet compatible with the plugin due to missing thumbnail hooks the site is slower than it should be, because the images are not being reduced in size via WP, they are being reduced in size by CSS, so they have a large file size
so effectively It is a feature request i am asking for not support

It is not a technical requirement.It is a complately untruth description issue in the theme detalis.
Your technical staff has responded to this ticket, here is the explanation;
We don’t provide the theme with translations. Are other peoples like customers that translate the theme and we add the files into our languages directory for all other users.
If you are able to increase the number of translated strings, we can update our file and add your name on our change log in the next release of the theme.

So you can see your theme does not provide translation files as it stated in the theme details but in the theme description says Language files have already translated ! It is not true !
“Translation ready” not means “Already translated”, it means that is possible to translate the theme with the poedit software.

The ticket is closed, you have 2 versions of the magnifier plugin in your theme, please open again the ticket if you still have the issue.
